Fill a collage with friends.
picmi is a camera app where you and your friends pick photos to fill a grid, doodle with pens and stickers, and complete a single keepsake collage. No complicated editing — just add photos and decorate together.
■ Auto-layout grid
The grid lays out automatically based on the number of photos (2, 3, 4, 9, or 16). Up to 16 photos. Empty cells show as soft placeholders.
■ Photo of the Week
When you have photos for the week, Photo of the Week brings them together as a poster with doodles, cut-out stickers, the week’s dates, and a day strip. Share the result as a Story (9:16).
■ REPLAY
Spin the dial back through your camera roll. Photos you browse are handled on your device; photos you import into picmi are saved to the cloud. Pick a photo and start doodling.
■ Doodle together, in real time
Decorate on top of your photos with pen, text, emoji, and stickers. Doodles sync in real time, so you can create with friends anywhere. You can't erase others' doodles, so everyone's work stays safe.
■ Sticker book
Keep doodling to build combos. Earn badges as you draw and finish pieces, and grow your daily streak flame by creating every day. Doodles on friends' photos count as replies. Effects and haptics can be turned off in Settings.
■ AI doodle (Premium)
Let AI add illustrations and decorations to match your photo. With your consent, the selected photo is sent to an external AI service.
■ Print at a konbini (in Japan)
Visiting Japan? Print your finished piece at the multi-copy machines in Japanese convenience stores: 7-Eleven (netprint), LAWSON, FamilyMart, MINISTOP and Poplar (Network Print). Get a number in the app and enter it at the machine. The app shows a step-by-step guide and a card in Japanese to show the store staff. Choose "Phone-case size" to get two copies on one L-size print; cut it in half and it fits behind a clear phone case. Available only while you're in Japan. Pay the print fee at the machine.
■ Finish and share
Once the grid is full, save and share it as a single image — photo, collage, or scrapbook. Send it to a friend and they can add their own doodles to the same photo.

How it works

3. Invite friends by QR or link and doodle together
4. Export the finished collage to save and share
Sign in with Apple or Google before saving, sharing, or inviting friends.
Pricing
- Free: shooting, the grid, collaborative editing, QR join, and export are all free, with up to 20 people per album. Doodle with 5 pen colors, text, and free stickers. REPLAY occasionally shows an ad.
- picmi Premium (monthly): all doodle tools, AI doodle (10/month), full-resolution save and high-res export, unlimited re-editing of old albums, and ad-free REPLAY.
Note: On the free tier, original photos of an album inactive for ~45 days after the last edit may be deleted (finished/exported images remain). We show a notice in the app before deletion.
