A fresh look. • Mektebi has a new app icon and a new mark, matched to the app's colours • In dark mode the mark uses lighter tones, so it stays clear • Minor display improvements Thank you for using Mektebi.

Enrolment links. • A hafiz or an administrator can now create an enrolment link for the whole school or for a single group • Share the link as a message in your Viber or WhatsApp group, or show a QR code that can be scanned with a phone camera • Students sign up themselves with their name, email and phone — the sign-in details arrive by email right away • Once the account is activated the student is in the school, and with a group link directly in that group • For each link you choose how long it stays valid and, optionally, a maximum number of sign-ups; you can switch it off at any time • Adding students one by one and the Excel import work as before Thank you for using Mektebi.

Tuition waivers and lowered amounts. • A hafiz or an administrator can now waive a student's tuition for a chosen month — one student, or several at once • A reason is recorded with the waiver: school break, emergency, financial hardship, or your own note • When a smaller amount is owed for a month, enter the lowered tuition — paying that amount reads as fully paid, not as partial • The student no longer sees the month as unpaid: their tuition list shows it as waived, together with the reason • Waived months are left out of the expected total and receive no reminders Thank you for using Mektebi.

Sign-in stability fixes. • You stay signed in: the app no longer signs you out on its own — your session lasts until you sign out or change your password • The app now opens even without an internet connection; data loads as soon as you are back online • Signing out on the website no longer signs you out of the mobile app (and vice versa) • More reliable session refresh in the background and on weak connections Thank you for using Mektebi.

New tools for teachers (hafiz) and administrators, and easier tuition tracking. • Per-student overview: attendance (percentage and number of classes) and tuition payment history in one place • Teachers can call or message students in their own groups directly from the app • Tuition: browse by month and record payments up to 12 months in advance • Bulk action: mark several students as paid for the selected month at once • Clearer payment history (most recent first, with "Show more"); prepaid future months now appear • Share the app and rate it from the "More" tab • Stability: fixed a loading screen that could freeze, plus clearer error messages Thank you for using Mektebi.
