Stay signed in. The app now remembers you between sessions instead of asking you to sign in every time you open it. Daily check-in reminders. Nudges through the day that stop once you've checked in — turn them on in Profile. A smarter check-in. It no longer asks whether you worked out. If you logged a session, it already knows. Correct dates. Evening workouts now log to the right day. A faster, cleaner launch, plus fixes for errors people were running into.
