FlashHack: AI Flashcard Maker
Turn Notes & PDFs Into Quizzes
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: Snap > Match turns a photo of your notes into a matching game in seconds, and Head-to-head lets two friends battle on one phone. Plus a streak widget.
Snap a photo of your notes and play them as a game in seconds. FlashHack is an AI flashcard maker that turns notes and PDFs into quizzes, matching games and duels.
New in 1.7
- Snap → Match: photo a page of notes, play it as a matching game
- Head-to-head: two players, one phone, same 8 questions
- Home and lock screen widget with your streak, level and today's challenges
- Study sessions as a Live Activity on iPhone
- An optional streak reminder at the time you usually study
- Share your results as a card
- Friends: weekly leaderboard, nudges and invite codes (you both get 7 days of Premium)
- Premium in any Luna app unlocks all six Luna apps with the same sign-in
AI generation limits follow your FlashHack plan.
Point your camera at a page of handwritten notes, upload a PDF, or snap a photo of a textbook chapter. FlashHack uses AI to read the content and generate flashcards in seconds. Edit, delete or add cards to fine-tune your deck before studying.
Study with spaced repetition (SM-2) that schedules reviews based on how well you know each card, so hard cards come back sooner and easy cards fade into the background. Rate each card Again, Hard, Good or Easy, and FlashHack handles the rest.
Play and Learn
The new Play tab turns your own cards into quick games:
- Matching: pair questions and answers against the clock
- Speed Round: 60 seconds of mixed questions
- True / False Blitz: 30 seconds of rapid-fire claims
- Multiple Choice: 10 questions with 4 options
- Fill in the Blank: type the answer, with forgiving matching for small typos
Build combos for bonus points, earn up to 3 stars, gain XP and level up, keep a daily streak and complete 3 daily challenges. Games focus on the cards you miss most, and after each round you can send missed cards straight to a spaced-repetition review. Games run on your device and never use your AI quota.
Not sure about something? Open Chat Q&A and ask any question about your document. The AI answers based on your uploaded content, so you get focused answers instead of generic web results.
