Two-factor sign-in now works in the app. After your password, enter the 6-digit code from your email, or one of your backup codes. You can turn two-factor on or off under Security, and you get backup codes when you turn it on.

Request time off right from the app. Send a request to dispatch and see whether it was approved, without a phone call. Choose your own notification sound. Five to pick from, so a new trip sounds different from a message. Trip cards now say whether you are taking someone to an appointment or home, and name the pickup or drop-off place instead of showing only an address.
