Put a timer between you and "buy now." See every price in work hours, protect a goal, and watch how much you save by resisting. Free, no subscriptions.
Buy on impulse and regret it later? It's not your fault: the impulse lasts a few minutes, the regret lasts a lot longer.
WAIT! puts a pause between you and "buy now." Add what you're tempted to buy, a cooling-off timer starts, and when it ends you decide with a clear head. Almost always the urge has already passed — and the money is still yours.
— HOW IT WORKS —
• Add a wish in 10 seconds: paste a link or type the name and price.
• A waiting timer starts. No more snap purchases.
• See what it really costs: the price turned into WORK HOURS. "Do I really want to work 8 hours for this?"
• When the time is up, you choose: "I still want it" or "I resisted."
• Every impulse you resist becomes real savings, logged in your history.
— PROTECT A GOAL —
Set what you're saving for — a trip, an emergency fund, a gift. Every purchase you skip brings the goal closer, every impulse pushes it away. Stop just "not buying" and start building something.
— WHY IT'S DIFFERENT —
Free, no subscriptions and no ads. No account, no tricks to drain your wallet every month. Your data stays on your phone: WAIT! doesn't collect it and never sends it anywhere.
— WHO IT'S FOR —
For anyone who wants to spend better without turning into a scrooge. For the no-spend, deinfluencing and mindful-saving crowd. For anyone tired of opening their banking app and wondering "where did all my money go?"
Pause the impulse. Keep the goal.
