iPhone
You didn't download this app to spend more time on your phone.
DisConnect is the app for people who hate apps. Block the apps that eat your day, start a session, and watch the timer count up the time you're getting back. The longer you stay off, the more points you earn, and points turn into real rewards you actually want.
Think of it like karate for screen time. You show up, you level up, and you've got something to show for it.
HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your most distracting apps and lock them behind a session
• Earn points for every stretch of time off your phone
• Redeem points for member perks, local rewards, and things worth doing
FREE FOREVER
The core is free. Block apps, run sessions, build the habit. No paywall on getting your time back.
THE MEMBERSHIP + THE CARD
Upgrade to a DisConnect membership and get the card - a physical card that's your key to member discounts and real-world rewards.
• $99/year
• Founding members: $49/year for the first 500 — plus a free hat, limited time
WHY DISCONNECT IS DIFFERENT
Every other app just blocks and shames you. DisConnect gives you back the time AND tells you what to do with it — local spots, events, and experiences worth putting the phone down for.
Built by Before the Internet - the team with a simple belief: spend less time on your phone, and more time doing what matters.
