Find a simulator studio, book a bay in under a minute, and walk in with the
door code on your phone.
OpenTeeSheet books golf simulator bays. Search studios by city or venue name,
pick a bay, a date and a start time, and confirm. Your booking, its door
code and the Unlock door button live under My Bookings.
Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code. There is no password to remember.
FOR GOLFERS
• Search simulator studios by city or venue name
• See each bay's real availability for the day you pick
• Book in under a minute: bay, date, duration, start time, players
• Your door code appears under My Bookings from two hours before the session,
and the Unlock door button opens a connected door from your phone
• Venues that take payment at booking send you to a secure checkout; venues
that take payment on site never charge you in the app
• Cancel a booking up to 30 minutes before it starts
• Tee Time Alerts: tell us the venue, day and time you want and we email you
when a bay opens up
• Delete your account from the Account tab at any time
FOR STUDIO OWNERS
• Sign in with the email you registered on openteesheet.com
• Today's sessions, today's revenue, active door codes and the week at a glance
• Every booking with its bay, time, players and amount; mark complete, mark
no-show or cancel from your phone
• Who has access right now, how each golfer gets in, and when the door last
opened
When a venue's door lock could not be set up, the app says so instead of
showing a code, and tells you to check in at the front desk.
Made for unstaffed and lightly staffed simulator studios. One venue, one app,
no front desk required.
