Lux Property Capture
Business
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Lux Property Capture is the field companion for Luxury Locations, the Caribbean's premier real estate and villa management group. It puts the entire property portfolio in your pocket and keeps working even when the island Wi-Fi doesn't.
CAPTURE PROPERTIES IN THE FIELD A guided 10-step wizard walks you through everything needed to onboard a property: details and specifications, location, rooms and media, access and security, utilities and systems, outdoor areas and more — with a live completion score so you always know what's left.
MANAGE THE LIVE PORTFOLIO Browse the full managed portfolio, propose changes, review property details and keep listings accurate — synced directly with the Luxury Locations platform.
INSPECTIONS & MAINTENANCE Run property inspections and log maintenance and service visits on site, the moment they happen.
GUEST GUIDES View and maintain guest guides so every villa stay starts with the right information.
BUILT FOR THE ISLANDS • Works offline — capture now, sync when you're back in coverage • Multi-island support: Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis and Grenada • Fast, secure sign-in for Luxury Locations staff and partners
Lux Property Capture is for Luxury Locations staff, agents and approved contractors. A Luxury Locations account is required to sign in.
