The Buddies page is a conversation now. - Discussion :: Open any review, leave a comment, reply, get a real back-and-forth going. - Give a Nod :: Tap the cigar to leave a quiet tip of the cap. - Save to try :: Save cigars to your own "To Try" list, check them off, sort by recent, top rated, or already tried.

If you really want to fine-tune your reviews, half ratings are here! Tap the same rating square twice to drop it to a half. You can now log a cigar you've already reviewed without writing it up again :: Tap "Smoked again" on any review and it keeps the count. There's also a quick "I smoked one today" in Recap for the nights you don't feel like reviewing anything, but want to track how many you've smoked. Fixed: shared reviews that never made it to the feed, times that read "just now" all day, and feed posts showing up out of order. New: leave feedback straight from the app (Buddies → Me). We read every one.

Ratings are now out of 5 instead of 10. Ten numbers was more than anyone needed, and everyone used them differently. Now you tap a number from 1 to 5 for draw, aroma, burn and flavor. Each one tells you exactly what it means as you tap it, so a 4 means the same thing for you as it does for everyone else. A 5 is meant to be rare. Your overall score only reaches 5.0 when all four categories are perfect. Your existing reviews have been converted for you. We did our best to estimate them, but adjust any that feel off. Also in this update: • Reviews now record the time you smoked, not just the date • Tap the date on a new entry to change it, for writing one up after the fact • Shared reviews now show the reviewer's real category scores • Fixed evening reviews being logged under the next day's date

• Type in almost any cigar — even obscure ones — and get real tasting notes automatically. • Your Buddies feed now loads instantly. • A heads-up when you log a cigar you've reviewed before, with a shortcut to your past notes. • A brand-new app icon. • You can now delete your account anytime from Buddies → Me. • Lots of speed and polish throughout.
