Hours for the whole crew Some of your crew will never fill in a timesheet on a phone. Now they don't have to. Give one person on site permission to file hours for the others, and the paper sheet goes away. - One tap per person, or select the whole crew and enter the same day once - Mark someone as not having worked — the boss sees the dash, not a gap - Somebody worked two jobs in a day? Your subscription, in the right place Managing your plan now takes you where the plan actually lives — the App Store, if that is where you subscribed. Sign up without leaving the app Creating a Stroyka account no longer sends you to a website. Tap "Create one" on the sign-in screen. Upgrade in the app Starter and Pro can now be bought and managed inside Stroyka, with the price and billing period shown before you buy. Already subscribed? "Restore purchases" brings your plan back on a new phone. A quieter read Page headers, filters and buttons are more consistent across the app, and money reads the way it should — no cents where they add nothing. Fixes - The customer field on a project now respects your plan - Budget burn rate measures the days you actually worked, not the date range you picked - Requests waiting on a decision now show up under "Needs your eyes"

Filter the timesheet by worker. Pick a date range and a person, and the hours and labour cost at the top of the timesheet show that person only. It is the fastest way to answer "what did this week cost me for him" without adding anything up by hand. Rates are read as they were when each entry was filed, so a back-dated week stays correct even if someone's rate has changed since. Also in this release: Spanish now writes money the way it is written in the US and Mexico — $1,234.56 rather than 1.234,56 $ — and shows times on a 12-hour clock. Fixed a problem where a task assigned to someone could fail to appear in their app, even though they received the notification for it. Tapping that notification could also report that the task was no longer available. A photo added to a daily log now shows up immediately instead of only after leaving the screen and coming back. Empty screens no longer sit underneath the bottom bar, the add button no longer repeats a button already on screen, and the deleted archive no longer offers a date filter that cannot apply to it.

Job costing is now free. You no longer need a paid plan to see what a job actually cost you. Materials, fuel, labour and hours all add up on the project page, next to what is left of the budget, so you can tell a job that is making money from one that is quietly eating it. The free plan covers 2 active jobs at a time; finish or archive one and the slot frees up. Invoicing is free now too, up to 3 invoices a month. If you built an invoice without the client's email, you no longer have to start over. Tap Send and Stroyka asks for the address, saves it, and sends. Also in this release: the App Store now correctly lists Spanish, which the app has spoken all along. Fixed a timesheet filter that still said "All projects" after you had picked one, a customer email that was cut off mid-address, and a swipe on the customer list that pushed the row off the card.

Your client book is here. Save a client once and reuse them. On an invoice, pick a customer and their name, address and email fill in for you — no more retyping the same details every month. Tap to call, email or get directions from their page, and see what each client still owes you. Switching from another app? Import your client list from a CSV. Stroyka shows you the likely duplicates before anything is saved, tells you which rows look off, and lets you decide what to merge. Re-importing the same file fills in gaps instead of doubling anyone. Also fixed: on phone browsers the bottom menu was being cut off by the browser bar.

• Choose the currency your company works in. Money across the app — invoices, reports, exports and PDFs — now shows the currency you picked in Settings, instead of following your phone's language. Amounts are not converted: only the symbol changes, so nothing you have already entered is altered. • Fixed: a long amount in a narrow space could wrap onto two lines, which made it read as a different number. • Fixed: an hours total above 99 could break across two lines in the PDF cost report.

• Bill your crew's labor as one fixed price instead of hour-by-hour. Set the bid on the job, then invoice it in draws — 25%, 50%, or whatever is left — and every invoice shows how much of the bid is already billed and how much remains. • See whether the bid is actually making money. Alongside the bid, the app shows what your crew has cost you so far and how much of the quoted price is left. Your hours stay yours: they never appear on the client's invoice, they just tell you where you stand. • Bill subcontractors as their own lines, straight from the contracts already on the job. Bill one in full or in part; the rest stays for a later invoice. • A new Contract document layout: description and amount only, the way a fixed-price invoice reads. The detailed layout, with hours and rates, is still there and still the default. • Materials can print as a single line with every purchase listed inside it, built from what you already logged. • Invoices can now show a payment summary with check numbers, and your license or insurance number in the footer. • Fixed: an amount typed with a thousands separator — 631,000 — was read as 631. This affected every money field in the app. • Fixed: completing a task older than a month made it disappear instead of moving to Done. • Fixed: the requests list filtered by the date a request was entered rather than its own date, so it could disagree with your cost report for the same month. • Fixed: a subcontract and a material sharing a name were added together as one cost in reports, and the largest-costs list left out labor and subcontracts entirely.

• You can move a material to a different job. If it came from a scanned receipt, the whole receipt moves together — and it tells you how many items that is before you confirm. • A scanned receipt can now be edited: which job it belongs to, its date, the shop and the total. Until now a receipt could only be deleted, so a date the scanner read wrong could not be corrected at all. • When a field cannot be edited, it now tells you why — and where you can change it. Locked fields used to look either broken or ordinary, with nothing to explain them. • You can edit a purchase request you raised yourself. It was previously read-only and told you a worker had submitted it, even when you had not. • Fuel: Cost is no longer marked as required, because it never was — leaving it empty simply means "not priced yet".

• Empty screens now tell you what is going on and give you one way forward. Every list in the app answers the same way, in the same place, with the same button. • If a screen looks empty because of the dates you are viewing, it now says how many entries sit outside that period and offers to show them all — instead of telling you to go and change the filter yourself. • "Show deleted" now shows everything you have deleted, not only the last 30 days. Something logged months ago and deleted yesterday was invisible in the one view meant for finding it. • You can assign a task to yourself. If you have not invited anyone yet, you no longer have to — you were previously unable to create a task at all. • "Invite a worker" now appears only while you have no crew, instead of sitting on the picker forever. • The upgrade screen is in your language. The title, the plan badge and the worker-limit notice were all still in English on a Russian or Spanish account. • Notifications says "You're all caught up" instead of "Nothing yet" — an empty inbox means everything is handled, not that something is missing. • The Work types category headings line up with each other again.

• The free plan now opens a project. Tap any job to see what needs your attention, its daily logs, contracts, directions, and every material, fuel, labour, and request line on it. Only the cost totals and margin stay on Starter. • You can raise a supply request yourself. Until now only your crew could start one — you could review a request but never write one. • You can log a fuel trip yourself, for the same reason. • Materials moved into the bottom menu. It was buried under Profile, which is where you had to go to enter your own material costs. • Confirmations no longer hide behind an open panel. "Saved" and "Copied" now appear on top of whatever you have open instead of underneath it. • The hourly rate in Settings really saves now. On some older accounts, it said Saved and quietly kept the old value. • Adding a material works again when everything on the list is older than a month — the Add button used to disappear along with the list. • Unpaid invoices no longer appear in "Needs your attention" on plans that don't include invoicing. • The daily log, invoice, task, request and project pages now share one header, so moving between them feels like one app.

• A scanned receipt is now one purchase, not a pile of loose rows. Scan it once and every item stays tied together. • The receipt photo is kept for EVERY item on it. Before, only the first item held the picture and the rest were left with nothing — the one thing a receipt is for. • Tap a receipt to open it: the photo, the store, the date and every line you bought, in one place. • When the items don't add up to the printed total, the difference is shown rather than hidden — so tax or a missed line is visible instead of quietly wrong. • Fix one line without redoing the rest. Edit or delete a single item, or the whole receipt at once — and there's an Undo if you change your mind. • A receipt that has already been billed to a client can't be deleted out from under the invoice.

• Contracts & payments. Record what you agreed to pay a crew or a subcontractor, log payments against it, and see the balance at a glance. Flat-rate labor — a crew paid per job instead of per hour — finally counts toward what the job cost you. • Contracts appear in every export: CSV, cost reports, the project P&L and the Excel workbook, each showing what was agreed, what you have paid and what is still owed. • Log a material cost straight from the job. Open a project, go to Materials and add the cost right there — the job is already filled in for you. • Scanning a receipt is no longer hidden. The + button now offers "Scan receipt" next to manual entry, so the camera is where you'd look for it. • Every purchase has its own page. Tap a material to see its receipt, cost, quantity and note in one place — and if a purchase has no receipt yet, add one from there. • See what each person cost you on a job. A project's Crew tab now shows total cost per person — labor, materials and fuel together — instead of hours alone. Crews that aren't paid hourly finally show up. • Tap a job's address to open it in Maps. • A camera button in task replies. Snap a photo straight into the conversation instead of digging through your library first. • Stroyka now tells you when a new version is out. A small banner appears on your landing screen with a one-tap link to the App Store; dismiss it and it stays quiet for a day, then reminds you again only when something newer ships. • Fixes: project totals update the moment you edit a contract, exporting from a project's report keeps that project selected, and supply-request status now appears in CSV exports so a $0 line explains itself.

• Several workers on one task. Assign a whole crew instead of a single person — everyone assigned sees the task, its comments and its photos, and any of them can move it along. The status now shows who changed it, so you always know who did what. • Calculator (manager access). Strip footing, grillage and ground slab: enter the dimensions and get concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation and base in one bill of materials, with a live cross-section diagram as you type. Set your own prices once and every estimate comes back with a total — lines you haven't priced are counted honestly instead of quietly costing $0. Share an estimate as plain text to any messenger, and your last inputs are still there when you come back. • Invite emails now open the app. Tap the link in an invitation on your phone and Stroyka opens straight on the set-password screen — no more copying links between browsers. • Your timesheet is one tap away mid-shift — from your profile or straight from the clock sheet. • Every picker shows the value you actually selected. On about a dozen forms the selection was being drawn invisibly. • Adding hours works offline again — a background price lookup could quietly kill the save with no warning. • The add button sits in the same spot on every screen, clear of the home bar, and no longer jumps when the keyboard opens. • Signing out now pushes your pending changes first, so nothing is stranded on the old account. • Stability and sync fixes.

• Send a finished task back to work. If the crew marked something as done but it isn't, reopen it from the task menu and it goes straight back to In progress. • Decide who sees fuel money. A new Crew setting hides trip costs from workers — useful when the crew fuels on a company card. Leave it on if they pay at the pump and get reimbursed. • Trips you haven't priced yet now show "—" instead of $0, so an unpriced trip never looks like a free one. • Every dropdown is now a proper picker — easier to tap, searchable on long lists, and consistent across the app. • Stability and sync fixes.
