HOW IT WORKS
1. Import any PDF drawing.
2. Circle a detail with your Apple Pencil and scribble a short note.
3. Tap Transcribe — your handwriting becomes a clean, numbered punch item, pinned to the spot.
4. Review and edit, then export the whole list to PDF or CSV.
Attach a condition photo (camera or library) to any item — it appears in your PDF export.
ALWAYS FREE
Drawing, the punch list, and PDF/CSV export are always free, with no limits. Free also includes 20 AI transcriptions every 30 days. You can always type an item by hand for free.
UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION
Need more transcriptions? Unlimited removes the transcription cap:
- Monthly — $12.99/month
- Annual — $99.00/year, with a 7-day free trial
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings.

RedlineRoom shows its confidence and flags anything unclear for you to review — you confirm every item before it's exported.
PRIVACY
Only cropped images of each markup are sent for transcription — the markup plus a small surrounding area of the sheet, never the whole page — and they are not stored on our servers. We never send your full drawing, project names, or any personal data. There is no account. See our Privacy Policy.
Built for solo architects, designers, design-build remodelers, small GCs, and owner's reps who'd rather not retype tonight.
Ratings & Reviews
