Meet Tes, your new coach. Tes, a friendly fox, now guides you through TESSERA: setting your goals, getting to know how you work, and checking in with you on the Today screen. A friendlier start • Getting started is now a short conversation with Tes. Share your name and what you're working towards in the next three months, then create your account. No separate sign-up form. • A reworked personality quiz and a new archetype reveal built from your own answers: what Tes heard, how you spend your energy, what you value right now, and what brings you joy. Plans that learn from you • Add the same task by hand a few times, like "Gym, 6pm", and TESSERA starts planning it for you. • Move or resize a task three times and your plan remembers when it belongs and how long it really takes. • Delete a task on three separate days and TESSERA stops suggesting it. Changed your mind? Bring it back from Profile → Learned routines. • Tasks you already keep are no longer the first thing cut when your day gets full. Fixes and improvements • Opening the app the next morning no longer shows today's plan as "tomorrow". • A task you deleted no longer comes back when you regenerate your plan. • If you haven't set a bedtime, your day is now planned until midnight, so your evenings are included. • Clearer message when you sign up with an emacount.

Tessera now learns from how you actually use your plan. • Your routines, planned for you. Add the same task by hand a few days running and Tessera starts planning it automatically, daily, weekly or monthly. • Your timing sticks. Move a task to the same slot, or change how long it takes, and your next plans follow suit. • Fewer tasks you don't want. Delete a task on three separate days and Tessera stops suggesting it. See and undo this anytime in Profile → Learned routines. • Set task lengths in hours. Durations now read as "1h 30m", and you can adjust them right from the plan editor. • Longer days. Your day now runs until midnight by default, and daily goal capacity goes up to 12 hours. Fixes • A plan you made for tomorrow now shows up correctly the next morning. • A task you delete no longer comes back when you regenerate your plan. • Your learned routines no longer land on top of fixed blocks like work.

A guided first run The first time you open each tab, Tessera now shows you around: how your day gets built, how ticking off a task shapes tomorrow's plan, where your patterns turn up in Insights, and what Reflect is for. It's short, you can skip it, and it won't come back. Optional email updates You can now choose to hear about what's new when you create an account. It's off unless you ask for it, and there's a switch in Profile to change your mind any time.

A whole new look. Tessera is now dark. Every screen has been rebuilt around a calmer palette that's easier on the eyes late at night and first thing in the morning. Also in this update: • Tap your progress ring to switch between percent complete and tasks done. • Reminders stay quiet for work you've already finished. Tick a task off or finish your day - and its notification won't arrive. • A new welcome screen, and a smoother path through sign-up. • Onboarding fixes, including going back in the quiz without losing your answers.

• Fixed the personality reveal screen. The trait bars now correctly reflect the type you were matched to. • Behind-the-scenes improvements to how the app connects to our servers.
