LSC LED Doc
Field service reports & chat
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
LSC LED Doc is the field-service companion for LED installation and maintenance teams. Create service reports on site, capture photos and signatures, and deliver a clean, branded PDF to the office — even when the venue has no connectivity.
REPORTS
• Structured service reports with checklists, work hours and materials
• Live PDF preview — see the finished document while you type
• Photo evidence with annotations, plus client and engineer signatures
• Drafts are saved offline and sync automatically when you are back online
FIND ANY DOCUMENT FAST
• Search the Files tab by anything on the report — no need to remember the file name:
– project number, e.g. "25-2186"
– installer or engineer, e.g. "Beatus" or "Vladimir"
– customer or site, e.g. "Siemens" or "DHL"
– LED model
• Combine words to narrow instantly, e.g. "Siemens 25-2186"
SIGN
• Every report is listed with a clear status: Signed, Link sent, or Needs signature
• Tap a report to preview it, then send it for signature
• Copy the signing link and PIN with a single tap
AI ASSISTANT
• Ask about LED models, datasheets and specs — by text or by voice
• Voice questions are transcribed automatically
• A live "thinking" indicator shows the assistant is working
TEAM
• Built-in chat with direct messages and per-project rooms
• Mute or unmute notifications for any chat
• Browse and share every submitted document from the Files tab
FOR MANAGERS
• Dashboard with activity log and visit calendar
• Access is controlled by role-based permissions set by your admin
LSC LED Doc connects to your company's LSC hub. A login provided by your administrator is required.
more • Works on older iPhones: iPhone XS/XR and newer with iOS 18 or later (before, only the very latest iOS could install the app).
• Daily report: project name and site address fill themselves from the project card as soon as the number is complete; the address can also be set with a pin on the map.
• Demo cases no longer pile up above the Projects calendar — they live behind the box button.
• "Check for updates" now reliably notices a new version.
• Small fixes.
3.23 14h ago
• Help & quick start: a manual inside the app — a quick start for a new colleague and a page for every section, with drawn "tap here" pictures. English, Deutsch, Русский, independent of the app language. Profile › Help.
• Demo cases: the box button on the Projects bar opens the cases and the check-in; the tab bar keeps its seven tabs.
• Long texts open full screen with dictation and translation also in task and project notes and in issues.
• Small fixes.
3.20 1d ago
• Reports go out by themselves again: fixed a case where finished reports stayed on the phone after the app had been in the background, and bad signal no longer stops a report for good.
• If a report can't be sent, the app tells you on any screen and sends the developers a complete bug report in one tap — screenshot, error and log included.
• Long texts open full screen with dictation and translation: in reports, task and project notes, and issues.
• New Demo tab: demo cases, the check-in with photos and kit list, and QR labels for the cases.
• The update notice no longer covers the buttons at the top.
3.12 2d ago
• Photos are part of the report: a service, maintenance or installation report can no longer be sent without a photo of the work — please attach at least two. With only one photo the app asks whether there really is nothing else worth a picture.
• Team roles are picked from a list; "Other role" still allows free text.
• Equipment condition check has an "All OK" button that ticks every checkpoint in one tap.
• Check for updates: Profile ▸ Check for updates asks the App Store and shows the answer right there; when a newer version exists, a banner offers the update on launch.
3.06 Oct 15
• Report forms now match the web hub one to one: the same sections, the same names and the same order on the form and on the printed document.
• Service report: Equipment condition check. Maintenance: the LED display, control equipment, spare parts and sign-off checklists, as on the web.
• Acceptance certificate: one name per side — the people who sign are the attendees; completion and acceptance dates added.
• Dictate or record voice notes when creating tasks and projects; recordings stay with the task for everyone on it.
• Fixes: the engineer's name no longer appears twice on the hub document; account names are shown as proper names.
3.05 Oct 14
• The app now takes its look from your company's hub: name, logo, colours, legal and support links. On first start you confirm the hub address (pre-filled).
• Open issues have their own screen with files: how the fault looked, what was configured, and the proof it works again — photos with thumbnails, videos too. Closing needs a result photo or video, or is marked as closed without proof.
• Vacation and sick leave in the calendar: one person, whole days, a quiet grey line; a sick note photo can be attached.
• Picking people shows who is already booked or away on those days.
• Dashboard loads again; previews of reports and files have a Done button.
3.00 Sep 30
• Open issues now have their own screen with files: how the fault looked, what was configured, and the proof it works again — photos with thumbnails, videos too.
• Closing an issue needs a result photo or video. If there is none you can add one, copy a ready request for the customer's contact, or close without proof — marked as such.
• Vacation and sick leave in the calendar: one person, whole days, a quiet grey line. A sick note photo can be attached; only you, managers and admins can open it.
• Picking people shows who is already booked or away on those days.
• Dashboard loads again; previews of reports and files have a Done button.

The project page, an offer instead of autofill, contact details — and plain words when sending.
• Project page: every project on the server — the magnifying glass on the calendar, or "Find a project" on the trips screen. The object card with what is still unknown, hardware, every visit with its reports, photos and PDF, who has been there and how to reach them, open issues, a passport for what reports don't carry.
• A report now asks before taking data from the server: what would be filled, who was planned, what is good to know — then "Fill in" or "No, thanks". Only empty fields; nothing you typed is overwritten. "Fill from project plan" no longer replaces the crew.
• Profile: your own phone and e-mail, so colleagues can reach you from a project's page.
• Sent or not sent — the report now says so plainly. Green means "sent" and nothing else. On an error, one button sends logs and the form to the developers.
• A project's chat opens for its crew even if nobody had opened it before.
• Absences and unknown names when planning are explained in words, not codes. Files that live only on S2 show their path.
2.90 Sep 28
Calendar, map, task chat and the trips screen.
• Task chat: the first time you opened one, the message field sat under the keyboard and you could not see what you typed. Fixed.
• Who is in a task's chat follows the task. You can no longer leave one — that was a one-way door, because nobody could add the person back.
• The calendar now runs the right way: history above, what's coming below — the same direction as the web planner.
• A finished job no longer leads your screen. A project completed last week used to sit at the top until something new was planned; finished trips belong in the calendar as history.
• Address search on the map: type the customer's address, the map goes there and marks their door — you place the pin yourself, where the van actually fits. The distance to the address is shown.
2.85 Sep 24
Tasks now live in the calendar, and voice messages got a proper recorder.
• Tasks appear on the week itself, not just in a list — and a week holding only tasks no longer says you are free.
• "+" in the calendar asks what you are adding: a project or a task. A task created from a week lands in that week.
• Say where a task is by dropping a pin on the map instead of typing an address — then tap Route to drive there. The pin reaches your colleagues too.
• Voice messages: tap the microphone to start, and nothing is sent until you press Send. Listen to the take first, pause while you think, re-record, or throw it away. A level meter shows the microphone is actually hearing you.
• Holding the microphone still works as a shortcut, and letting go now takes you to the same review step instead of sending straight away.
• Turn any voice message into text — useful in a loud arena where you cannot listen, or in a meeting where you cannot play it out loud. One person transcribes and the whole team reads it, in German, Russian or English.
Fixes: an empty black band no longer sits above Chat and Profile. A call or Siri pauses a recording instead of cutting it short, and never resumes it behind your back. Editing a task keeps the days a manager set for each person individually.
2.80 Sep 24
Now fully in German and Russian.
• The whole app is translated, including the Projects tab — schedule, crew, project details and every message.
• The Manager rights permission now hands over the full team calendar: create, edit and delete projects, while keeping the Engineer title.
• Projects waiting to be staffed appear in their own "Not scheduled yet" row instead of being lost.
• The calendar refreshes when you come back to it, so a project planned on the web shows up without pulling to refresh.
• Display not in the catalogue? Pick "Custom display" and type it — and a model that's already filled in now opens there instead of hiding behind empty lists.
• A spare part you add counts as at least one piece, so a row can no longer go out as a quantity of zero.
Fixes: the crew buttons in a report ("Add another engineer", "Same days for all") no longer squeeze into unreadable circles. Reports made on the web restore their LSC project number in the right field. The AI assistant is named the same here as on the web. Autocomplete entries an admin removes stop reappearing.
2.68 Sep 22
Your schedule is now yours by default.
• Every engineer sees the Projects tab: the jobs ahead and the ones already finished, with week numbers — no permission needed.
• The planning permission now means "create projects": engineers who have it get a New project button and can edit the jobs they are on.
• Past weeks scroll back in your own calendar, so your work history is always one tap away.
Fixes: the permissions screen showed project planning as switched off for managers who actually had it, and could switch it off while you saved an unrelated change. Clearer message when the server has not opened the schedule for an account yet.
2.57 Sep 21
NEW: Projects tab — trip planning for the whole team.
• Managers plan on-site jobs: crew, dates, site/parking/hotel maps with one-tap routing, schemes and photos.
• Engineers see their assignments on a calendar with week numbers and record their actual working hours day by day.
• Reports fill the whole crew's working hours from the project plan in one tap — no more typing colleagues' times.
• Crew members are picked from the team directory, so hours are always credited to the right person.
• Managers open colleagues' generated reports straight from the visit calendar, with preview and download.
Improvements: the keyboard no longer hides form buttons, a compact action bar after submitting, and Submit now guides you to any missing fields. Bug fixes, including report dates across time zones.
2.54 Sep 17
Bug fixes and reliability improvements
• Reports with photos now upload correctly even when the device screen is locked
• Edited reports now properly update the PDF on the server
• Added delete button in the full-screen photo viewer
• Fixed reports getting stuck after an interrupted upload
2.20 Sep 14
iOS 26 refinements: the selected tab and the top navigation buttons are now clearly visible on the dark bar, list screens use the space better with tighter top spacing, and the photo gallery picker opens reliably. Additional fixes and polish.
2.19 Aug 22
• Installation report redesigned: acceptance certificate with completion status (full or partial), a defects follow-up that prints as Annex 1, a warranty section (default 2 years from signing), and the customer's acceptance decision on the signature page.
• Take a photo straight from any report field — camera button next to Gallery (controller/firmware, LED, checkpoints, parts, daily).
• Service report cleaned up: mandatory fields enforced, display readings grouped in one checklist, unused fields removed.
• Maintenance: "Spare parts left on site" table alongside the parts you used.
• Spare parts as a table, one row per part with a one-tap type.
• Chat folders; the AI consultant pinned on top with tappable links; change your password in the app.
• Project numbers use a guided YY-NNNN format; the on-device PDF preview matches the final document.
• Reliability: interrupted uploads resume after you sign back in.
1.98 Aug 21
• NEW: Record square video notes right in a chat — dual-camera picture-in-picture, with zoom and camera flip.
• NEW: Edit or delete your own chat messages.
• NEW: Delete or leave a chat, or report it to the admins as spam.
• The AI consultant and admin feeds can no longer be deleted by accident — hide them instead.
• Reports remember your installer name and company and pre-fill them — correct once and future reports follow.
• AI assistant: ask by text or voice and get answers from your documents.
• Tap chat photos to zoom and mark them up (arrows, drawing), then send back.
• Mute individual chats; set a display name shown across chat.
• App language picker: English, Deutsch, Русский — now consistent in the report form too.
• Faster document search; photos and videos are compressed before sending.
1.70 Aug 11

• Demo cases no longer pile up above the Projects calendar — they live behind the box button.

• Small fixes.
