Breath Cycle is a quiet guided-breathing app with responsive visual cues, gentle sound, and phase-matched haptics. Just Breathe is always free, works offline, and needs no account.

Find calm, feel less overwhelmed, focus, prepare for sleep, or simply start breathing. Breath Cycle can suggest a suitable exercise without treating your choice as a diagnosis. With Pro, reflections that you choose to save can inform clear, on-device recommendations.
SEE AND FEEL THE RHYTHM
Breathe with Particles, or choose Air and Color Flow with Pro. Each visual follows breathing in, holding, breathing out, and the optional rest. Sound and haptics stay tied to breathing time, so you can continue with your eyes closed.
Choose your visual and duration before starting. Sound and haptics are optional. With Reduce Motion enabled, Color Flow is available to everyone.
SOUND AT YOUR PACE
Breath tones is a free soundscape. Pro adds Rain, Ocean, Forest and Deep focus scenes and a four-track mixer for your own mix. The breath guide is generated on your iPhone, and all audio is played on the device.
REFLECT WITHOUT PRESSURE
After a session, you may record how the pace felt and whether you feel better, a little better, about the same, or worse. Reflection is always optional and never presented as a clinical assessment.
FIND YOUR PERSONAL RHYTHM
Breath Cycle Pro includes optional calibration. Tap when you naturally move to the next phase and save a comfortable rhythm without a visible timer, countdown, score, or performance target.

Explore the full exercise library, optional calibration, custom rhythms, local recommendations, five themes, Air and Color Flow visuals, 5- and 10-minute sessions, soundscape scenes, a four-track mixer, and optional encrypted backup with Breath Cycle Pro.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Breath Cycle account. No advertising. No third-party analytics. Your iPhone stays the primary copy. Pro backup is optional, separately enabled, and encrypted on your iPhone before private EU cloud storage.

Choose an annual or monthly auto-renewing subscription. An eligible annual subscription may include a seven-day free trial. The total localized price and renewal period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings.
Breath Cycle is a general wellness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Follow a comfortable pace and stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or unwell.

• Light themes look calmer: Particles now glow on a dark field, and the session menu is easier to read.
• Home follows the theme you choose.
• The sound now fades out gently when you end a session.
• Fixes: the phase label sits exactly in the centre of the circle, the rings are evenly spaced in long sessions, every Settings page scrolls to the end, and long exercise names no longer run off the screen.
