See what can start now, what is waiting, and which milestones are at risk. Planning a hardware prototype, engineering validation, product release, or equipment installation? Model the work alongside the deliveries, approvals, and outside dates it depends on. Change a supplier’s delivery date and see the effect on testing and milestone readiness. Personal planning is free with Solo. PLAN AROUND REAL DEPENDENCIES Give each part of your plan a clear role: • Tasks represent work that takes time. • Gates represent external dates, such as a delivery, approval, or lab becoming available. • Milestones represent checkpoints reached when their prerequisites are complete. Connect them to build a schedule that reflects what must happen first. Compare expected milestone readiness with your target dates to see where the plan needs attention. SEE THE PLAN FROM BOTH SIDES Use the Whiteboard to map dependencies and understand what is blocking progress. Switch to the Timeline to see when work is scheduled and how changes affect what follows. SOLO — FREE PERSONAL PLANNING • Use the full personal planning workspace. • Sync your projects across your Macs with iCloud. • Keep working offline. • Join and collaborate on projects shared with you. TEAM — PLAN TOGETHER A Team subscription lets you create and manage shared projects, invite collaborators through iCloud, and assign responsibility. People you invite can collaborate using the free Solo plan. They do not need their own Team subscription. YOUR PLANS STAY YOURS Soon stores project data on your Mac and in iCloud. INYO Systems does not receive, host, or read your plans. Project sharing uses Apple’s CloudKit controls. OPTIONAL LOCAL MCP ACCESS Connect MCP-compatible software to inspect plans, identify blockers, and create or update project items. MCP access is disabled by default and runs locally on your Mac. Soon does not include an AI service. Software you connect handles any data it accesses under its own privacy policies.
