The gym Lock Screen banner got a big upgrade. The checkmark logs your set right from the Lock Screen, working from your very first set using your last session's numbers, and the banner shows a clear Logged receipt while you rest. The buttons keep working even after the app has been closed in the background. The workout clock now sits large on the right, across from your current exercise. The rest controls fill the banner edge to edge, with the countdown front and center and the checkmark right on the row, so the next set is one tap away even after a rest ends. Long exercise names no longer get cut off. Recording a run or other cardio inside a gym workout now shows one banner at a time. The run banner takes over during the cardio segment and the gym banner returns when you finish. Clubs now show a city under the club name, based on where the club's members are. The camera button on the gym recorder moved up under the Finish button, and the exercise library, exercise preview, and custom exercise pages now open full screen. Apple Watch workouts for twelve distance sports now sync in, including cycling, swimming, hiking, and rowing, with your history backfilled. Volume past a million pounds now reads as millions, like 1.6M lbs. Plus smoother scrolling on the streaks screen and assorted fixes.

Pauses, polish, and a few things that were quietly broken. Runs • Your pace chart now handles auto-pause the way it should — the time you spent standing still is taken out, so the line stays continuous and your pace stops dipping for a red light. Real GPS dropouts still show as a break, because those are worth seeing. • Fixed distance being added while you were paused. That number also fed your splits and your best efforts, so those are more accurate now too. • Elevation charts no longer drop points on runs where you stopped for a while. • The fly-over compass is no longer hidden behind the share and export buttons. Messages and streaks • The reaction menu no longer gets cut off on the right edge, and its Reply, Copy, Edit and Delete rows line up properly. • The streak bar at the top of a conversation is tappable across the whole bar instead of only on the text. • You can start a new streak from the Streaks page even when you already have one. Clubs • Post cards line up their counts and buttons, and "Read more" only shows when there's actually more to read. Gym • Save and Start buttons across routines and programs got a clearer treatment, and their loading spinners are visible again. Throughout • Anything happening today now says "Today" instead of "Now". • Buttons across sign-in, the gym and the run recorder share one consistent look.

Fixes a crash that could stop your run recording at the first mile marker. If a run is ever interrupted, the app now sends you a notification instead of leaving you to find out later. Also in this update: Chats with a streak no longer open with the newest message cut off. An exercise you come back to twice in one workout no longer adds extra sets the next time you log it. The reaction menu fits properly, so the plus button is no longer clipped. A quieter home screen. Streaks now live behind the flame on your messages page, and clubs can be collapsed on both running and gym. Groups are now called Clubs. Cleaner buttons, statistics, records, and a clearer Fyt Gold comparison.

Activity times now show the zone the activity was recorded in. A run you logged in Chicago reads as a Chicago time even when you open it from another timezone. The map on a run's page no longer drifts into place after loading. It opens framed on your route. The record screen starts centered on where you are instead of a zoomed out world view. Saving a run got more reliable, and if the app closes before you finish the save screen, your run is safe and the save sheet comes back. Referral links now work after signup, within 24 hours of the tap. Stat boards count runs only, so walks and rides stop leaking into running boards. Cleaner empty screens, steadier first loads, and a pass of small visual fixes across Settings, leaderboards, charts, and the gym tab.

Gym sessions now get the same post workout flow as runs. The post workout screen no longer gets skipped if you leave the app right after saving. Stability and reliability improvements.

A new look throughout, and a rebuilt territory map. Glass: the app now uses Apple's glass materials across the top bars, the tab bar, the run controls, and the buttons and lists you tap most, on Routines, search, your following list and clubs. Apple Watch got the same pass. Territory: your captured blocks rise as a 3D board in full color and fade to embers as they age. The Maps tab opens in 3D satellite view, route pins moved off the map into the list so the map stays readable, and local boards were rebuilt around King of the Area. Gold: lifetime membership is back on the paywall, the annual plan now shows its monthly equivalent, and a short walkthrough explains the free trial after you finish a run. Kudos are now called props everywhere you see them. Also: club photos show in your clubs list, plus fixes for VoiceOver labels, the run map compass, and activity timestamps.

Account changes now confirm it's you. Setting a password, changing your email, or changing your phone number sends a code to verify the change first. Setting a password used to fail with an error and now completes. Referral codes work. The code field is visible when you sign up, so a code someone sent you gets applied to your account. Walks and hikes keep your streak going. Streaks that should have counted them have been repaired. Runs recorded on Apple Watch save to your phone before uploading, so a dropped connection no longer loses the run. Text across the app follows your iPhone text size setting. Your Week on the Gym tab marks each day you trained with a filled dot. Activities recorded without a route show your stats where the map would be. The map on the run recording screen opens on the Standard map. The orange avatar color now looks orange.

Better run tracking, clearer leaderboards, and streak notifications. - Heart rate now shows up on runs recorded in the app even when your watch syncs late. We re-check Apple Health at upload time and fill in what the live recording missed. - If a run does not count toward leaderboards, the run page now says so and explains why. - Streak partners now get a notification when you send proof, with a matching notification control in Settings. - The referral hub has a cleaner new look. - Changing your phone number, email, or password now confirms it is really you first. - Bug fixes and performance improvements throughout.

Sharper photos on both pillars: pictures you add to runs and workouts now upload at higher resolution and quality. Activity cards respond reliably on the first tap: names, times, locations, photos, comments, props, and share all work again. Comment threads open correctly from a friend's profile. Viewing a friend's workout shows exactly the right controls, and friend progress pages load more reliably with a retry when the connection drops.

Chats got a full upgrade. Long press any message to react, reply, copy, edit, delete, or report. Photos open full screen with pinch to zoom, right from the spot you tapped. Comment previews now show the actual GIF or sticker artwork instead of a text label. Also in this update: the feed shows a retry button when you are offline instead of a blank screen, timestamps now match across the app, the local boards crown stands out better on the map, and cleaner error messages throughout.

Start a run on your phone and your watch starts recording with it, even if the watch app is closed. Stopping on the phone stops both. • Find any activity faster. The picker has search and a For You row of your recent sports, and Weight Training and Workout are now one choice that opens the gym logger directly. • Runs save themselves. Stopping a run saves it, and if the app is interrupted mid-run you get a resume prompt instead of a lost run. • Double Day. Run and lift on the same day and both activities wear a linked badge, with a shortcut between the two. • Workout buddies. Activity cards and details show who you ran or lifted with, detected automatically. • Cardio in the gym. Log the treadmill, rower, elliptical, bike, and runs by time, distance, and incline, with your pace worked out for you. • The gym last time hint under each exercise is now free for everyone. • Flyover got cleaner controls and a replay button, and the same experience everywhere. • Exercise demos match the lifter, calendars start on Monday, group chats and streaks are easier to manage, and dozens of small fixes, including a feed that could go blank when switching between run and gym.

Fixes a bug where tapping a club in the Clubs tab would not open the club page.

Clubs are rebuilt from the ground up: discover public clubs, club pages with posts, kudos and comments, join requests for private clubs, and a stats board that ranks by miles with true lifetime totals. Create segments from your GPS runs and your club gets a live leaderboard, with KOMs, Local Legends, Top 10 and a new Explore page. Share gym routines with friends or publish them to the new Community tab. Route flyover got a big upgrade, with video export for Gold members. Records now count workouts imported from Apple Health and Strava. Redesigned share stickers, streak flames on profile pictures, a leave club button, referral codes at signup, swipeable group tabs, and plenty of fixes and polish throughout.

Fixed: the Home screen could slowly drag downward, with the top bar disappearing and reappearing, after reopening the app. This update removes the cause for good. The app now also recovers from weak connections on its own, so you'll see far fewer "couldn't load" screens. Follow requests work everywhere, including the props list. The muscle map on a workout page always matches the athlete who trained, just like the card in the feed. Quick Record a workout day straight from the workout recorder or the gym home, and create custom exercises right at the top of the exercise list. You will also see suggested athletes from time to time in your feed, plus small visual touch ups across the app.

Gym quick log: add a workout for the day in a couple of taps, without recording a full session. Your history stays complete even on the days you forget to hit start. We also smoothed out the Home feed, cleaned up the run screen, and fixed a batch of small things to make the app feel faster.

Log your lifts straight from your Apple Watch: pick an exercise, tap in sets, and let the rest timer run on your wrist while everything syncs to your crew. Ending a watch workout now shows a summary where you can save it or discard it. Plus sharper splits and PRs, and reliability fixes across run recording and gym logging.
