Vela: AI Planner & Habits
Daily to-do list & focus timer
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Just say it, and Vela plans it. Tasks, calendar, habits, focus and ideas in one calm AI planner. No streaks, no guilt. Requires a Vela Pro subscription.
Vela is an AI planner for your whole day. Say what you need, and Vela plans it, reminds you and keeps you moving. Tasks, calendar, habits, focus, ideas and a journal in one calm app, with no streaks and no guilt. A Vela Pro subscription is required; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
JUST SAY IT
Talk to Vela by voice or text: "Move groceries to tomorrow and add call mom at 6." Vela does it and shows you what changed, and every change has Undo. Snap a handwritten list and approve what Vela found before anything is added.
A DAY YOU CAN FINISH
See your tasks and your calendar together as a list, a schedule or an hour grid. Pick a Top 3 so the day has a shape. Move anything with one swipe.
FOCUS THAT GUARDS YOU
Start a focus timer in one tap and pause the apps that pull you away. Follow it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
FROM IDEA TO GOAL
Catch ideas by voice, photo or link. Vela brings them back when it's time, so they don't disappear into a notes app. Turn the best ones into goals with milestones, rate how much each will change your next six months, and send the next step to your day.
HABITS WITHOUT STREAK SHAME
Every day, chosen days or any three days a week. Count glasses, pages or reps, and watch the year fill up.
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF
Journal by typing, speaking or scanning a page. Check in on your mood with one tap. Keep a short gratitude practice and your own words of encouragement close.
LEARN A LANGUAGE ON THE SIDE
Save words and phrases. Reviews come back right before you would forget them: after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days. Build a 20-word set for a trip in one sentence.
SEE HOW FAR YOU'VE COME
Progress only shows what grew: tasks done, focus minutes, habits kept and mood over time.
MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
Home and Lock Screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, Face ID lock, light and dark mode, Dynamic Type and nine languages, including Arabic and Persian. Works offline. AI features stay off until you say yes, and your recordings are never sent to the AI.
VELA PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Vela needs a Vela Pro subscription: $9.99 a week, $24.99 a month or $149.99 a year (USD; other countries see local prices in the app). The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. There is no free version. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
