FlashGo — fast, on-demand delivery across Jordan.
Send a parcel in minutes: set your pickup and drop-off points, follow your captain on the map in real time, and get a notification at every stage of the order.
Features:
• Book a delivery in a few simple steps
• Live captain tracking on the map
• Instant order status notifications
• Save your frequent addresses and recipients
• Cash on delivery
• Photo proof of delivery
For captains: join FlashGo, receive orders near you, and manage your deliveries from one place.
New in this update:
• Share a tracking link: anyone you send it to can follow the delivery's progress, no account needed. FlashGo tracking links now open straight in the app.
• Stay signed in when your signal drops. Losing coverage no longer logs you out.
• Document uploads are more reliable on weak connections.
New for captains:
• Insights is now one tap away from your home screen.
• Order doesn't match? Report it right from the active delivery.
• Food orders now tell you when an insulated delivery bag is needed.
For order producers:
• Place orders with the same simple steps as customers.
• Verify your account with your national ID and a quick face check.
Also in this update:
• Customers can verify their identity in the app when asked.
• A clear message when you've requested too many sign-in codes.
• Fixes to editing your name.
