This update focuses on rebills, denials, and eMBS reconciliation logic. Post-billing shift edits flag claims for adjustment. Billing entry details show a rebill summary card and a full edit history so you can see what changed and when. eMBS file details label rebilled claims and link you to the replacement.

Monthly timesheets are here. You can now generate a full month of HPC or Transportation documentation as one PDF, so you don't have to pull it a week at a time. • New Week/Month switch on Generate Time/Mileage Documents • Each week in the month gets its own subtotal, so overtime weeks are easy to spot • A monthly summary page shows days of service and total hours or miles, with signature lines • Email any monthly PDF to yourself with one tap Weekly timesheets work exactly as before.

New: Reports. See your hours, units, miles and trips for each individual, day by day, over any date range. Each service you've turned on gets its own report: HPC Time, HPC Mileage, Shared Living and NMT. Filter by claim status, and export to PDF or CSV. NMT exports: You can now export transportation documentation for a single individual. Fixes: Google and Apple sign-in work more reliably, and sharing an export no longer gets stuck loading on iPad or Mac.

EVV Units Summary: a new screen that shows your verified EVV units next to what you've billed, for each client and date. Quickly spot failed visits, missing EVV data, and verified units you haven't billed yet. Find it in the Time & Mileage tab under EVV, or straight from the billing export screen when a claim is flagged. Smarter pre-billing checks: the app now catches a failed Sandata visit and stops the claim even while another visit for that day is still verifying, so you don't accidentally bill against EVV data that won't hold up. Sandata status at a glance: each client record now shows a clear EVV sync status, so you know whether a client is verified with Sandata before you bill. Duplicate client protection: syncing a client to the EVV Portal now warns you if a matching name and date of birth already exists, helping prevent duplicate records. Smoother navigation: fixed screens stacking up when saving or deleting clients, so Back behaves the way you expect. Plus a range of stability and reliability improvements across time tracking and EVV.
