DealerCRM Internal Team is the secure staff companion to internal.dealercrm.com and the DealerCRM Support Center. It is for voAIce Corporation support employees only — you sign in with the mobile number on your support user profile, and there is no public sign-up.
Workspace puts the complete permission-gated internal portal in the app, with the same roles, data scope, and audit trail used on the web. Internal alert links open directly on the page that needs attention.
When OliviaAI escalates a dealer's question to a human, the native case experience gives you everything needed to answer it:
• The queue — every unresolved escalation, with status, priority, and which dealership it came from.
• Why support is needed — OliviaAI's summary plus the chat transcript that led to the escalation, so you are not starting cold.
• Call, text, or email — one tap to reach the dealer user, the store, or the dealership.
• Reply — send a dealer-visible answer or keep an internal note, and attach a screenshot, screen recording, or document to either. Attachments land on the case record and, on a dealer-visible reply, in the dealer's own chat.
• Evidence — everything attached to the case, labeled so you can tell an internal file from one already sent to the dealer.
• Solutions — verified knowledge-base answers matched to the case, sendable in one tap.
• Live assist — request permission to view, guide, or control the dealer's screen. The dealer must approve first and can stop at any time.
• Flag as bug — hand the whole transcript and dealer context to the engineering queue.
• Resolve — close the case and tell the dealer, in your words.
Push notifications bring internal alerts, new escalations, and dealer replies to you wherever you are.
This app requires a voAIce Corporation support account. It is not usable by dealers or the general public.
