New players to the game will start off with a lighter difficulty by default. The puck pitch change will now be toggled on by default and set to subtle as well. If you already have these options set for your own gameplay, no worries! They won't change for current players.

The Smooth Puck sound effects have been entirely rewritten with all of the broken sounds removed. There is now just an airy sliding noise, a constant tone that changes pitch as the puck moves back and forth, and a brand new Showdown Ball! The main screen interface has been rearranged to be more efficient and match the style of our other games.

The audio field has been properly expanded all the way out to your left and right ears rather than existing as a narrow chunk of table in the middle of the space. The puck movement sounds now track properly across the table. If using AirPods, just be sure to set Spatial Stereo to Off while playing the game. How to Play has been fully updated with clearer instructions and game feature descriptions. The Computer Difficulty has been tweaked to make the game fairer. The audio cues for each of the audio previews have been fixed for players using wired headphones.

Fixed issue where gameplay audio kept going to the phone earpiece rather than to the speakers. You can now continue your Showdown games loud and proud without headphones on your iPhone or iPad, should you choose to do so!
