SCAN A SHELF LABEL Point the camera at a price label in the shop and the item goes straight onto your shopping list, with its name, the shelf price and the store. Still Good checks the price against the price per kilo or litre on the label, so a misread number is caught before it reaches your list. You'll find it on the Shop tab, above Scan a receipt. HOW MANY Say how many you're taking when you scan a label. Your list shows the price of one and the total, and a "Shelf total today" at the bottom tells you what you should pay at the till. Tick the line off and they all go into your kitchen. CHECKED AGAINST THE SHELF Scan your receipt after shopping and Still Good compares it with the labels you scanned that day. It points out anything charged more times than you took, anything that cost more at the till than on the shelf, and anything you picked up that isn't on the receipt. SMALL FIXES Switching Appearance back to System now updates the Settings screen straight away.

What's New in 2.1 Moving food between places is cleaner and smarter. ADD ANOTHER PLACE Open an item and tap "Add another place" under Where it is. Choose how many and where they go. When the item is already in several places, pick which one they come from. FREEZING AND THAWING Move food into a freezer and its date extends to how long that kind of food keeps frozen. Move it out to thaw and it gets the fridge or pantry date instead, so a fillet thawed today reminds you in two days, not in six months. The Move sheet shows the new date before you confirm. Drinks, cans and other long-life food keep their printed date. TIDIER ITEMS Pieces moved out and back rejoin the pack instead of piling up as separate rows. Where it is shows the count in every place, and Best before lists dates soonest first. Existing duplicates are tidied up the first time you open the app.

THE KITCHEN • Opens with a one-line brief: how many to use soon, how many expired, what to eat first. • Every item has a picture, its place and a countdown: Expired, Today, 2d, 3mo. • Tap Use soon, This week or Later to see just that group. • Select several items at once: hold a row or drag with two fingers, then move them, use them up or send them to the shopping list together. • Every item has a quantity. Take one of a pack of six, the rest stays. • 28 categories, so soup is not a leftover and cheese is not milk. SHOPPING LIST • A new Shopping tab. Type what you need, or swipe Buy again on anything in your kitchen. • Tick a line off and it lands in your kitchen with an estimated date. • Suggestions of things you recently ran out of. • A price and a store on any line, remembered for next time. SCAN A RECEIPT • Photograph a receipt, or pick it from Photos, and every line becomes an item in your kitchen. • Check the lines first: name, category, place, quantity and price, each one a tap to fix. • The receipt total is checked against the lines, so a missed line shows up as money. • Scanning the same receipt twice adds nothing twice. • Works with paper receipts and receipts from supermarket apps. YOUR IMPACT • A card under the brief: how much you used in time, how much went to waste, and what it cost. • A new exit for any item: Went to waste, next to Used up. • Month by month bars, the products that slip most, and the lists behind every number. • Where you shop: each store, what you bought there, month by month. • Price history per product: every buy on a date line, one line per store, cheapest first. • Every product has a Bought section: what you paid, where, and when.
