Open a DProvenanceKit trace and replay your AI's reasoning step by step. Diff two runs to see exactly what changed — which steps appeared, vanished, or drifted. D.P.K turns your AI's reasoning into something you can see. When an agent or model drifts between runs, it rarely crashes — it fails quietly: a step gets skipped, the order changes, an output shifts for no obvious reason. D.P.K opens the trace databases recorded by DProvenanceKit and lets you replay, inspect, and diff exactly what your AI did, step by step. REPLAY Scrub any run along a priority-colored timeline and watch the reasoning unfold one event at a time. Jump to any point, or step through with the arrow keys. INSPECT Drill into any event: a syntax-highlighted view of its payload, full metadata, the engine that produced it, and its span lineage. Copy or export anything. DIFF Compare two runs side by side. Steps that appeared, vanished, moved, or diverged are highlighted inline, and a cross-run alignment matrix shows precisely how the two runs line up. It's the fast way to answer "which reasoning step disappeared after the model upgrade?" DETECT Smart folders surface Warnings and Anomalies across every run, so failures and silent regressions don't hide in the noise. TRY IT IN SECONDS No trace database yet? PRIVATE BY DESIGN D.P.K is fully local. It opens trace files on your Mac, processes everything on-device, requires no account, and makes no network connections. Nothing leaves your machine. D.P.K reads DProvenanceKit (.sqlite) trace databases. DProvenanceKit is a Swift-native library for recording the reasoning of AI systems on Apple platforms.
