Record how you feel and look back through the calendar. Cappy's journal tells your story from a friend's perspective; your mood entries capture how you felt.
● What happens when I follow my routines?
Try small habits, like stretching or making your bed. Complete them to earn hay, then use it to dress up Cappy.
