THE HIVE - Hive is your business's own bulletin board, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and crmb.io. Find it under More on iPhone and in the sidebar on the Mac. - Post an announcement, a training or an everyday post, with photos, files and links. A YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video plays right in the post. - A Must read announcement stays at the top until each person taps I've read this. - Give a training a due date and each person taps Mark as done. You see who has and who hasn't. - Send a post to everyone, a team or the people you pick. Pin up to three. Post now or later. - Comment, mention a teammate and react with one of five reactions. Tap a name or a picture to open that person's contact card. - Write your own Hive rules in Settings. Everyone agrees to them the first time they open the Hive, and again when they change. - Report a post or a comment to your business's owner and managers, or block a person to stop seeing their posts. - In Settings, under Notifications, Hive tells you when something needs you, and Hive summary comes once a day. - Choose who can open the Hive, comment and post in Team, under Permissions. Everyone can open it and comment to start. - On iPhone Duo's inner display turned sideways, the Hive reads in two columns and an open post sits beside its comments. A COMPANY CALENDAR - Schedule now has a Calendar beside it for meetings, calls, visits, deadlines and closed days, by day, week or month. - Every teammate has My calendar, each team has one, and the business has one everyone sees. - Invite teammates and they answer Going, Maybe or Can't go. - A new event on the business calendar tells everyone; on a team's calendar, the team and its manager. - On the business calendar, only the poster hears back when someone answers Maybe or Can't go. - An event's Where takes a place or a link to join. A Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex or FaceTime link shows as a card that opens the meeting. - Each person sets their own reminder on each event. - Your own shifts show on the Calendar as busy time. THE WEEK BY JOB - Jobs, beside Schedule and Calendar, shows the week as one block per job per day, with its client, crew size and hours. Tap a block to open the job. - New job sits with New shift in the toolbar. - Set a job's target date on its page. Each row under Scheduled work opens its shift. - In Team, under Permissions, new boxes for the Calendar and the Jobs view start on for everyone. PHOTOS AND FILES ON TASKS, JOBS AND POSTS - Jobs and Hive posts now hold photos and files, like Board tasks, several at once. - Choose photos or files, or paste them. On iPhone and iPad you can also take a photo. - On the Mac, on iPad side by side and on iPhone Duo, drop files in, or onto a Board card to attach them to that task. - Open any file in place, save it, or remove it. - Photos are made smaller and lose their location before they leave your device. - Files up to 50 MB: photos, PDFs, text, CSV, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ZIP. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Someone on two shifts at once is marked Twice in red, and the shift editor tells you before you save. - An open Schedule updates the moment a teammate changes a shift. - When two devices send shifts to one Apple Calendar, each shift shows once, and the event's link opens the shift in CRMb. - On the Mac and the open iPhone Duo, Dashboard lines wrap instead of cutting off.

READY FOR iPhone Duo - CRMb fills the inner display of iPhone Duo, open or partly folded, and runs on the outer display just as it does on iPhone. - Open, a task, job, or invoice takes the whole inner display, one pane on each side of the fold. - Partly folded, CRMb lays each screen out around the fold. In landscape, card lists go two to a row and each section's main actions sit in the side toolbar. In portrait, the section the fold would cut moves below it, and a table the fold crosses splits in two. GET PAID ONLINE WITH STRIPE - Clients can pay your invoices online through Stripe, by card, or by bank transfer in the US. The owner connects the business's Stripe account in Settings, under Invoice & branding. Stripe's fees apply; CRMb adds nothing. - Once Stripe is set up, the Pay Now link in each invoice email and PDF opens the invoice with a Pay button for the balance due. - Each payment records itself on its invoice with the card's last four digits and Stripe's receipt; paid in full marks it Paid. Refunds and disputes show in plain words. Stripe's fee is booked as an expense. - Owners are notified when a client pays online, pays twice, is refunded, or disputes a payment. REPEATING INVOICES - Set an invoice to repeat, weekly to yearly, and choose when it ends. Each new invoice is emailed to your client with the PDF, or saved as a draft if they have no email on file. - Pause, edit, or stop a series any time, and see every invoice it has made. CHOOSE WHAT EACH TEAMMATE CAN OPEN - In Team, under Permissions, choose what each teammate can open and do, tab by tab, or start from a preset like Field crew or Office manager. - Give each teammate a job title and a description of the role, and save it as a template for the next hire. INVOICES AND QUOTES - The editor stays open when you save and shows "Saved" until your next change. - Change client moves an invoice or quote to another client while nothing is paid and no job is attached. NEW REPORTS - Open purchase orders and Inventory valuation summary. For US businesses, Payroll summary (941 prep) and 1099 contractor payments. CAPACITY COUNTS TASKS - Each person's week fills with their shifts and task hours, against your overtime threshold or 40 hours. A task with no estimate counts as an 8 hour day. BILL RATES ON JOB SITES - Give a job site a bill rate and worked hours pulled onto its invoices are priced at it; each worker's real cost comes along, so the margin stays true. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Forgot password? on the sign-in screen emails you a link to set a new one. Open it on the same device. - When something can't be saved, sent, or loaded, CRMb says what happened, why, and what to do. - Type to search when picking a task's parent, labels, client, project, or assignee. - On iPhone and iPad, each section's actions sit in the toolbar at the top. - Removing bank transactions shows the count first and keeps anything already filed or paid. - Your whole crew can read and add notes on a shift. - On iPhone and iPad, CRMb no longer freezes when you come back with the keyboard up. - Saving or opening a shift no longer clears its client or job site. - Quote, invoice, and purchase order numbers never repeat. - Receive payment shows what is still owed and applies the rest in one tap. - Client notes on a job or a shift are edited in place. - Owners choose who can log materials on a job and who can staff its crew. - New shift and New appointment show only for people who can schedule. - Only owners and managers can save a shift as a draft. - A job's client menu leaves out archived clients. - Pull down on a client to refresh it. - Overtime is counted by your business's workweek. - On the Mac, each section keeps its filters and sort, and each window is named for its section.

REPORTS, THE WHOLE SET - Ten new reports: deposit detail, bank reconciliation, budget vs. actuals, P&L by job, P&L against the prior period, balance sheet as of any day, sales tax liability, open invoices with days late, sales by customer or item, and cash flow by account. Tiers 2 and 3 are officially unlocked. - Every report takes the same date control: Week, Month, Quarter, Year, or a custom range, with an as of date on the aging reports and the balance sheet. - Tap a figure and land where it lives: a customer, an invoice, a job, or a job site. Every report exports to a spreadsheet and fits the iPhone without scrolling sideways. - A Books check card at the top of Accounting counts what needs filing, matching, or confirming, and each tile opens that list. GUIDES ON EVERY DEVICE - A Resources tab on iPhone and iPad lists a step by step guide for each part of CRMb, searchable by name. Guides open inside the app. A MENU BAR ON THE MAC - CRMb on the Mac has a full File, Edit, View, Window, and Help menu bar. Command N makes a new item, Command F finds, Command R refreshes, Shift Command E exports, and Command P prints. Go to jumps between sections, and Help opens the guide for the section you are in. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Switching companies lands on the right Dashboard every time, even while the last one is still loading, and never shows one company's numbers under another's name. - On Sales by customer or item, a line that names a catalog item counts under that item. - A negative figure on a compact report row keeps its minus sign next to its digits. - A task attachment is added to the task only after its file finishes uploading, with a spinner while it uploads and a clear error if it fails. - Download Pipeline attachments directly without having to open them first
