Ticketero Scanner is the ticket validation app for venue staff working the doors at box office events.
Sign in with the operator account your organizer provides, pick the event and the gate you are working, and start scanning. Every ticket is checked against the live event data, so a ticket that was already used is rejected on the spot.

- Offline mode: when the network drops, scans are validated against an encrypted local copy of the event and uploaded automatically once the connection is back.
- Manual ticket search for codes the camera cannot read.

- Shift handoff, so a new operator can take over the same gate without losing context.

Ticketero Scanner requires an operator account. Accounts are created and deactivated by the event organizer in the Ticketero admin panel; the app has no public sign-up.
