Home Maintenance planner: Tobi
Home Care & HVAC Reminders
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad
Just moved in? Label every breaker, set up the maintenance your home needs, and keep a record of who did what. Invite the household at no extra cost.
Home maintenance should not live in one person’s head.
Tobi gives your household one shared place to track recurring upkeep, record completed work, save contractor history, and keep an accurate electrical panel schedule.
Whether you just moved into a home, inherited a confusing breaker box, or simply want a better record of what has been done around the house, Tobi helps everyone stay on the same page.
Track home maintenance
Create reusable records for the important parts of your home, like your furnace, water heater, refrigerator, deck, or washer. Add recurring or one-time tasks, assign them to a household member, save notes, and include links for manuals or replacement items.
When a task is completed, Tobi keeps a full history of who did the work, when it happened, and any notes from that visit or repair.
Build your maintenance history
Every completed task becomes part of your home’s record. See past work by task, home element, household member, or contractor, so you are not relying on memory, old texts, or a stack of paper invoices.
Keep contractor records
Save contractors with their trade, company, phone, email, and notes. When a contractor performs work, attach them to the maintenance record so you can quickly see what they handled in the past.
Map your electrical panel
Tobi includes a digital circuit breaker panel schedule designed to match a real residential breaker box. Add labels, model single-pole, tandem, double-pole, and combined circuits, and mark each circuit as verified, unverified, or incorrect.
That way, anyone in the household can see which labels are trusted and which ones still need to be checked.
Share with your household
Invite your whole household so everyone can view and update the same maintenance log, contractor history, and electrical panel. Owners can manage household members, while invited members get full access without needing their own separate subscription.
Stay reminded
Tobi can remind you when maintenance is due, overdue, or coming up soon. Assigned tasks notify the right person, while unassigned tasks can notify the household. You can also snooze reminders to a future date when the timing is not right.
Works offline
Maintenance information stays viewable offline, so you can still check your panel or update records while standing in the garage, basement, or utility room. Changes sync when your connection returns.
Explore before subscribing
Not ready to create your household yet? You can explore a sample household first, including maintenance tasks, service history, contractors, and a labeled breaker panel.
Tobi is built for homeowners, couples, roommates, and shared households that want one reliable place for home upkeep.
Subscription required to create and maintain a household. Monthly and annual plans are available, with a free trial for new subscribers.
