WorkSAFE App
Workplace safety, made simple
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Report incidents, run Gemba walks and get instant safety guidance from the AI Advisor — SMRT's workplace safety platform, now in your pocket.
WorkSAFE App is the mobile companion to SMRT's workplace safety and health (WSH) platform, operated by Strides Digital. It puts reporting, inspections and safety knowledge in the hands of every staff member and contractor — on the go, in minutes.
REPORT IN MINUTES
• Incident and hazard reports with guided, structured forms
• Gemba walks and workplace inspections
• Stop-work orders and open reports
• Attach photo evidence straight from your camera
ASK THE AI SAFETY ADVISOR
• Instant answers grounded in your organisation's safety documents
• Voice dictation — speak your question, get a cited answer
• Guided form-filling that turns a conversation into a complete report
STAY ON TOP OF SAFETY
• Notifications when reports you filed or own move forward
• Available in English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu and தமிழ்
SIGN IN YOUR WAY
• Singpass for members of the public, contractors and partners
• Microsoft work account for SMRT staff
WorkSAFE App is open to everyone. SMRT staff sign in with their work account; members of the public, contractors and partners sign in with Singpass — Singapore's national digital identity, held by every Singapore resident — and can immediately raise a safety report about Singapore's trains, buses, stations and depots. Every report enters the same triage and investigation workflow, whoever files it.
