Connection issue fixed We fixed a server connection issue that prevented some users from signing in and loading content. Please update to this version to keep the app working smoothly. This update also includes general stability and performance improvements.

Exercise videos during your workout You can now open an exercise's video and instructions without leaving your workout: tap the exercise name in the list, watch, and come back. Your sets, the weights you entered and the timer all continue exactly where you left off. Assigned programs arrive instantly Programs your coach assigns now reach your phone without restarting the app. We also fixed an issue where the app could silently stop receiving live updates after losing connection.

Filter labels fixed On devices using a larger text size, the filter labels on the Exercises and Programs tabs could appear blank or look cut off at the top. They now show in full on every device.

The Apple Watch app is here. The workout your coach assigned is now on your wrist. Log each set, let the rest timer start on its own, and watch your heart rate and calories live. When you finish, the workout is saved to the app and to Apple Health. Apple Health support Your steps, active calories and heart rate now appear on the Progress screen, and completed workouts are written to Health and your Fitness rings. iPad support The app now runs full screen on iPad, with a multi-column exercise library on larger displays. Exercise videos Videos now play full screen in landscape without cropping. The expand button rotates correctly, and closing a video no longer reopens it. Fixes - Programs assigned by your coach now appear for every member. - Fixed filter labels appearing blank on some devices. - Fixed an issue that prevented exercise videos from uploading.
