Invited tryout staff can score offline, manage evaluation review, and keep the draft moving from the field, gym, or rink. TalentTap is the event-day companion for sports tryouts, evaluations, and drafts. It is built for invited Evaluators, Managers, and Player Agents working inside a TalentTap organization. Evaluators can move quickly through assigned players, enter rubric scores, keep working offline when connectivity drops, and see queued results synchronize after reconnecting. Managers can review evaluations, follow the live draft, inspect their team and roster, coordinate trades, and export their scores. Player Agents can operate the event command center: handle walk-up and player lifecycle work, coordinate evaluators and managers, review rankings, run draft controls, publish rosters, and export every team's players in one file. TalentTap uses blind evaluation where configured and preserves an auditable history when authorized corrections are required. Clear connection and pending states help staff know what has reached the server. An invitation from a participating organization is required. Parent-facing and league-administration tasks remain on TalentTap's secure web experience and open in the system browser when needed.
