iPhone
The adhan comes in. Your apps lock. You pray. They open again. For Fajr, an alarm with no snooze. No ads. No account.
Deeny locks the apps you choose at every adhan, and opens them again once you have prayed. For Fajr, an alarm with no snooze. And a prayer tracker to keep you steady.
Maghrib comes in. You are on your phone.
You tell yourself: five more minutes.
Then it is twenty.
You are not weak. Those apps were built to keep you there.
So Deeny does one thing about it.
When the adhan comes in, it locks the apps you chose. They open again once you have prayed.
Salah first. Scroll later.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You pick the apps that take your time.
2. At each adhan, they lock by themselves. Maghrib at 7:18? They lock at 7:18.
3. You pray. Then you tell Deeny you prayed, on your oath. Your apps open.
Deeny cannot check that you prayed. That is between you and Allah. So it asks for an oath, and not a tap.
It runs on Screen Time, the app lock built into your iPhone. A reminder is easy to swipe away. This is not. And Deeny never sees which apps you picked.
You stay in charge. There is an emergency unlock, once per prayer, and you can pause the lock when you need to.
AND FOR FAJR
An alarm with no snooze. It rings until you show you are up: a photo of your sink, your prayer mat or you, a shake, or shapes traced on the screen. On iOS 26.1 and later, it rings through Silent mode.
