A more varied Discover feed: every time you pull to refresh, you get a fresh mix, with recent catches first. The new catches notice at the top is also more accurate. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Everything shows up instantly now: likes, comments, messages and notifications arrive in under a second, no need to leave the screen. Also in this version: • Sign in with your Google account, or link Google to your account in your profile • Tournament rankings, knockout brackets and fishing trip lists update on their own • New catches notice at the top of the feed • "Fished together" section on your profile, with friends' catches you were tagged in • Crop your profile photo when you first sign up

Icon shortcuts: press and hold the Ripples icon to log a catch, save the spot where you are, let your friends know you're fishing or open the forecast. Also in this version: • Comments: you can now reply to a comment and like comments. • Moments: a heart to like, alongside the reactions. • Spot from a photo: pick a photo and the app creates the spot where it was taken. • Marking a spot on the map: the app asks you to tap where the spot is, with a shortcut to use your location. • Catch location: search for the place by name. When a photo has no location, the app asks whether to use your current location or choose on the map. • Fix: the map for picking the catch location loads again. • Contact us: the reply can include a link that opens the right topic in Help.

Icon shortcuts: press and hold the Ripples icon to log a catch, save the spot where you are, let your friends know you're fishing or open the forecast. Also in this version: • Catch location: you can now search for the place by name on the map, and the app uses the location from any of the photos. • When a photo has no location, like the ones received on WhatsApp, the app tells you and offers the map instead of using where you are now. • If the map for picking the spot doesn't load, you see a message with the option to try again. • Contact us: the reply can include a link that opens the right topic in Help.

Your friends can now see when you are out fishing. • Fishing status: when you start a trip, your friends see a green dot on your photo. You choose what to show about the place (nothing, the city or the exact spot) and who sees it: all friends or only the people you pick. • On the map, friends who are fishing and share their spot show up with their photo. The pin pulses green while they have signal. • On trip day, the reminder comes with an "I'm fishing" button. One tap and your trip starts. • When a friend starts fishing, you can message them straight from the notification. • Links to catches, businesses, profiles and tournaments now show as a card with a photo inside the chat. • Catch comments now show the photo of whoever commented. • Fixes: message and notification times were running ahead, some business pages showed the same details twice, and the map now asks before resuming a navigation or a track recording.

What's new: • A fresh Discover: one card per topic (species, spots, anglers, guides, fisheries, lodges, shops, brands, channels and events), each with its own search. • Guides, fisheries, lodges and shops now have fuller pages: day rates, what's included, where they work, payment methods and direct WhatsApp contact. • Reviews: rate with stars and tell people how it went. The rating shows after 3 reviews. • A business can list itself under more than one type, like a physical and an online store. • Sharing is easier: send a catch to a friend, copy the link or share straight to WhatsApp. • Ripples links sent in chat now open right in the app. • Verified badge now also shows in comments, chats and rankings. • Fixed profile photos that weren't loading, plus several visual tweaks.

Introducing Moments: share a photo or a video of up to 15 seconds from your fishing trip, and it disappears after 24 hours. Tag who was on the boat, add the spot if you want, and see who viewed, reacted and replied. Also in this version: - A catch can now have several fish. Pick several photos from your gallery at once, and each photo can become a fish, with a species suggestion. - Editing a catch uses the same steps as posting one. - On the profile, the menu opens trophies, collection, stats and gear on their own page, and on your own profile it also reaches what you chose to hide from others. - Your catch thumbnails show when one is followers only or private. - The camera takes photos and records video at a higher resolution. - Cleaner notifications: accepting or declining a follow request happens right in the row, and the list marks itself as read when you leave it. - Fixes: photo dates follow your time zone, profile catches show in the order they were caught, and editing a post with several species no longer deletes any of them.
