An intelligent hardware device management tool for shooting games. It can be connected to and parameter-set with the designated water gun, target-related devices, etc. By setting the game rules, including player team formation, game difficulty, game duration, scoring rules, etc., shooting games can be played. Eventually, scores can be calculated and ranked. What's particularly special is the ability to play online games—players, though located in different places and strangers to one another, can join the same game through this app to compete in shooting matches. The app displays each player's scores and rankings just like an Olympic scoreboard.
