EyeRelax TV brings 15 large-screen eye exercises, preset routines, voice cues, and training history to Apple TV for work breaks, bedtime recovery, and family eye care. EyeRelax TV is an eye training and relaxation app redesigned for the big screen. It brings short visual routines to TV, with layouts built for living-room distance and remote-first navigation. Choose one exercise, or play a preset routine when you want a more structured break. LARGE-SCREEN EYE EXERCISES EyeRelax TV includes 15 TV exercises for focus switching, accommodation flexibility, clock-style movement, path tracking, centerline tracking, breathing relaxation, color relaxation, blinking, gentle eye stretching, peripheral vision, and Gabor-based visual practice. Each routine uses clear large-screen motion so you can follow the rhythm from the couch. PRESET ROUTINES Use four built-in routines when you do not want to pick each exercise manually: - Work Break: a short reset for focus and eye comfort - Bedtime Relax: lower stimulation and settle your eyes before rest - Fatigue Recovery: breathing, blinking, and gentle eye stretches - Advanced: higher intensity tracking, peripheral, and Gabor work VOICE CUES AND PREFLIGHT GUIDANCE Voice prompts can guide training phases and progress while you practice. Optional preflight guidance shows the goal, posture, and cautions before a session starts, helping you begin with a steady and relaxed setup. STATS AND HISTORY EyeRelax TV stores training history locally on the device and shows total time, streaks, last 7 days, completed sessions, recent sessions, and your most used exercise types. BUILT FOR APPLE TV The interface uses large text, focus-friendly cards, and remote-first navigation. In Settings, you can choose the app language, turn sound effects or voice prompts on and off, show preflight guidance, and reduce motion-heavy exercises. PRO UNLOCK Free content is available immediately. EyeRelax TV Pro unlocks all 15 TV exercises and full preset routines. Purchases and restore flow are handled through Apple StoreKit. Note: EyeRelax TV is designed for daily relaxation and eye-care habit support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for professional eye exams.
