Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Eesa AI is the chat-first mobile client for the Eesa AI agentic platform.
Experience the future of enterprise productivity with intelligent AI agents
designed to automate your business processes and boost your team's efficiency.
Features include:
• Seamless team collaboration and messaging.
• Intelligent agentic workflow management.
• Live dashboards for your business, added to your board in a tap.
• Optional automatic attendance — arrive at your workplace's work zone and
you're clocked in, leave and you're clocked out. Off by default, and only
arrivals and departures are recorded, never a continuous location trail.
• Secure, enterprise-grade data handling.
Eesa AI is free. Workspaces are provided by your employer; there is nothing to
purchase in the app.

1.9.7 Oct 6
• Attendance works without signal. While you're checked in, your phone keeps its own record of your shift and sends it when you're back online, even after Airplane Mode or a spot with no signal.
• More accurate times. A check-in or check-out saved offline is now filed at the moment it happened.
• A cleaner Attendance settings screen, laid out like iOS Settings, with a plain explanation of what's recorded and when. Nothing is recorded when you're not at work.
• Notifications now show a small symbol for where they came from: attendance, flows, chat, QuickBooks and more.
• A friendly hello in a few languages on the home screen.
• Bug fixes and reliability improvements.
1.9.6 Sep 25
Sharing into Eesa AI works properly again, and tells you where things are going.
• Share a link from Safari, WhatsApp or anywhere else, and Eesa offers to keep it on your Flow Board — with a preview of the page, so you can see what you're adding before you add it. Shared links previously did nothing at all.
• Share a photo or a document and Eesa asks where it belongs: upload it to Invoice, or send it to a chat. Each choice now has an icon and a line explaining what it does.
• The name is filled in for you, so keeping a page takes one tap.
1.9.5 Sep 21
Attendance you can rely on
• Your arrivals and departures are saved on your phone first and sent as soon as there's a connection, so no hours are lost when the signal drops.
• Recording keeps working while your phone is locked.
• If iOS reports a departure late, Eesa records it the next time you open the app.
• A quick setup check shows exactly what your phone needs (Attendance on, Location set to Always, Precise Location on) and helps you turn it on in one tap.
New: Alerts in Team Chat
• Every alert now lives in one Alerts chat at the top of Team Chat, shown in full.
• Tap an alert to go straight to what it's about, and answer dashboard invitations right there.
Share bills straight to Invoice
• Share a PDF or photo of a bill from WhatsApp, Messages or Files to Eesa AI and choose Upload to Invoice.
Also
• App pages stay signed in, instead of occasionally showing "not available".
• Stability and performance improvements.
1.9.0 Sep 20
Attendance now records your shift on its own.
• You're checked in when you reach work and checked out when you leave — you're never asked to confirm anything. You'll see when you arrived, when you checked out, and your total for the day.
• Managers confirm arrivals and approve each day's hours from the Approvals Center, and tapping a notification now opens the right screen.
• Fixed a problem that could lose an entire shift when your phone was locked in your pocket.
• The app no longer says a punch was "recorded" unless it was really saved.
• A punch made with no signal is kept and sent when you're back online, filed at the time it actually happened — not the time it arrived.
• "Check out" and "Not for work" ask before they act, so a mis-tap costs nothing.
• All times now show on your workplace's clock.
• Settings rows respond when you tap them.
1.8.0 Sep 15
Attendance
• You're now told when you arrive and when you leave, with the hours
recorded for the day — no questions to answer.
• New Attendance tab shows your own hours and what your manager has
approved, including days that were not approved.
• Fixed: leaving a site could record two check-outs when your phone
watched more than one work zone.
• New "Check my setup" in Attendance settings tells you in plain words
whether automatic check-in is working, and why not if it isn't.
Reliability
• Fixed a problem where a short session could close without saving
what happened.
• The app now recovers memory before iOS closes it.
1.7.0 Sep 7
Attendance, rebuilt so nobody has to think about it.
• Your hours record themselves. Arriving at a work zone checks you in and
leaving checks you out — there's no button to remember and nothing to open.
• A new My attendance screen shows your check-in and check-out times, and
your totals by day, week and month.
• Every punch tells you what was recorded and when. If it can't be saved —
no signal, no GPS fix — the app says so and sends it the moment you're back
online, rather than failing quietly.
• Times now show in your workplace's timezone, so a shift always reads at the
hour it actually happened.
For managers
• A new Attendance tab in the Approvals Center: arrivals waiting on your
confirmation, days waiting for sign-off, and a date-by-date record of
everything already decided.
• People appear by name throughout.
Team Chat
• Voice notes — record, listen back before sending, and play them in the chat.
• Group chats, delivery and read ticks, swipe to reply, hold to select.
• Open a PDF without leaving the conversation.
• Profile photos and a line about yourself.
Also in this release
• Signing out now clears everything attendance kept on the device — worth
having on a phone more than one person uses.
• A faster side menu, with the apps you actually open pinned to it.
• Fixes to onboarding in landscape, and to checking for updates.
1.6.5 Sep 5
Chat is now a full messenger.
MESSAGE STATUS
See how far a message got: one tick for sent, two for delivered, two blue for read. In a group it turns blue only once everyone has read it.
GROUPS
Create a group, give it a photo and a description, add or remove people, and make others admins. Tap the group name to see who's in it.
SHARED MEDIA
Every photo, document and link from a conversation, together in one place.
PROFILES
Add your photo and a line about what you do, so your team knows who they're talking to. Crop your picture however you like. Tap any name to see their role, what they do, and their number.
SELECT AND DELETE
Press and hold a message to pick it, then tap others to select more. Delete for yourself, or for everyone.
PHOTOS AND PDFS OPEN IN THE APP
Read an invoice or look at a photo without leaving the conversation.
VOICE NOTES
Hold to record, listen back before sending, then send or discard.
FIXES
• Voice notes now play — they were being sent correctly but couldn't be opened
• The keyboard closes when you tap away, and no longer pushes the tab bar over the keys
• A photo you delete no longer stays behind in shared media
• You now have an hour to edit a message, up from fifteen minutes
• Photos and documents no longer send twice
1.6.0 Aug 31
Send photos and files to Eesa — and get real answers about them.
• Attach a photo, PDF or any file in chat from your gallery, camera or
Files, and ask about it. Snap a receipt and ask for the total.
• Share into Eesa from anywhere. Tap Share on a photo in any app,
pick Eesa, and ask your question.
• Send a photo over WhatsApp. Eesa reads it, answers, and files it to
your Drive folder so you can search it later.
• Approve dashboard access from your phone. A new Dashboards tab in
Approvals lets you grant for 1 hour, 2 hours or always — or decline —
and shows what was already decided.
• Notifications open the right screen. Tapping an access request takes
you straight to it.
• Clearer messages when something doesn't send, so you know whether to
try again.
1.5.0 Aug 29
• Eesa now remembers the logins for dashboards you add yourself. Sign in once and it offers to save — next time it fills the form for you.
• Your passwords stay on this iPhone. They're never uploaded to Eesa and never synced to your other devices.
• A new Passwords screen — in the sidebar and in Settings — to see, search, copy or delete anything you've saved.
• Autofill now works on sites that ask for your email first and your password on the next screen, and on logins that appear in a pop-up panel.
• Stability fixes.
1.4.5 Aug 23
• Share a dashboard you added yourself — with your team, or by
link to anyone.
• Your board no longer looks empty when it simply couldn't load.
• Signing out now stops notifications on that device.
• Sign-in and stability fixes.
1.4.4 Aug 19
• Dashboards now stay signed in between visits, instead of asking
for a password every time you open them.
• Eesa now tells you when a new version is available.
• Reliability improvements.
1.4.3 Aug 13
• Push notifications now work on iPhone — approvals, team chat,
agent replies and flow alerts reach you even when the app is closed.
• New notification settings: choose exactly what you're notified about.
• Tapping a notification now takes you straight to the right screen.
• You're now told when your access request is approved or declined.
• Faster app launch.
1.4.2 Aug 11
Notifications now work on iPhone.
Approvals, flow alerts and team chat messages now reach your
phone — including while you have the app open.
• Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, or with email
• Stay signed in — the app no longer signs you out when you close it
• New Flows screen to see and manage your scheduled alerts
• Slash commands in chat now work on mobile
• Admins can send a notification to the team from the app
• Choose Telegram or WhatsApp delivery alongside push
• Attendance tells you when it's tracking, and what was recorded
• Interactive dashboards now accept edits from your phone
• Fixes to the notifications list, plugin screens, and stability
1.4.1 Aug 11
Sign in with your phone number
No password to remember — enter your number, get a
6-digit code by text, and you're in. Email and password
still work if you prefer them.
Stay signed in
The app used to sign some people out on its own, sometimes
repeatedly. It doesn't any more. Sign in once and stay in.
Share a dashboard with your team
Send a dashboard to a colleague from the app, and accept
one someone sent you without leaving it. Your board
refreshes on its own when you do.
A board you can actually read at a glance
Dashboards now show a preview image instead of a plain
tile, cached so they load instantly. Apps from your
plugins can sit on the board alongside them.
Chat that doesn't lose your place
Walk away mid-answer and it finishes on the server — it's
waiting for you when you come back. If a message fails,
the app now tells you why instead of quietly erasing it.
Also fixed: tapping a notification no longer throws you
out of the page you were on, and pull-to-refresh on an
empty board now finishes.
1.4.0 Aug 8
Automatic attendance, without the tap
• Arrive at work and you're clocked in. If your workplace uses Eesa AI
Attendance, just being at your work zone starts the clock — and leaving ends
it. It's optional, off until you turn it on, and you can switch it off any
time in Settings.
• A clearer on-site banner. The banner that shows you're at a work zone no
longer hides behind the Ask Eesa bar.
• Location permission now reads the truth. If you'd already allowed location,
the app sometimes still insisted you hadn't. Fixed.
• Add from Eesa. Browse your team's dashboards and add the ones you want
straight to your Flow Board.
• Your board stays the way you left it. Removing a card now sticks — no more
cards reappearing at the bottom, and an emptied board stays empty.
• Fewer interruptions. The notification permission prompt no longer appears at
launch or in the middle of what you're doing.
