WHAT IT CONNECTS
Oura
Connect your Oura account to import sleep score, HRV, readiness, resting heart rate, temperature trends, and SpO2 as calculated by Oura. Ishara connects through Oura's public cloud API, not directly to the ring.
Apple Health
Import steps, workouts, and activity data from your connected Apple Health sources.
Manual Logging
Log meals, workouts, and supplements by text or photo. AI helps fill in the details.
