New free widget: Loved Affirmations puts three or five of the lines you've hearted on your Home Screen, fresh every few hours. Six new lines in Grief & Loss, including "Grief is never finished, and neither is love."

A new pack, Being Human: thirty lines about being complicated, and about no one person having to be everything to you. It's part of Plus. On packs that have a support line, the number now sits right under the pack's title, so it's always in reach. On Apple Watch, tapping a reminder opens that exact line. And the app icon has a new look in dark mode.

Your widgets, tidied up. The Lock Screen widget now only shows affirmations that fit, so a line never stops halfway through. The Home Screen widgets are cleaner too. Nothing sits behind the words anymore, and the medium widget's line always fits inside it.

A refreshed icon. Crisis and support lines now appear on every pack, including the ones you have not unlocked yet. Help is never behind Plus. Alta's Affirmations offers encouragement, not professional care or treatment, and the app now says so too.
