New in LISZ 2.0.1 - Done is not final: press and hold a struck-through task in the By day fold and pick Mark as not done. It goes straight back to its day. - Hand off from Today: press and hold a Needs you row or a By day task to hand it off or open it. - Calendars per project: untick a calendar in a project and its events leave that project's Today, By day and Canvas within seconds. - Hard hold in every workspace, including My life and the personal workspace, and it stays when you reopen the event. - Next on Today follows the clock: the earliest upcoming event is Next; importance only decides within 60 minutes of it. - An event that spans several days shows on every day it covers, in By day and on the Canvas. - The trip card on Today shows the trip's name and Day x of y while it is underway. Fixes - iPad and Mac: the briefing and the days column sit together as one centered pair. - Mac: the client switcher keeps its name after you pick a client. - iPad: the floating tab bar stays at the bottom after a sheet that had the keyboard open. - Needs you: a chase shows Nudge, work back to you shows Confirm, and long lines wrap. - Edit event > Type opens the full list of kinds on its own page. A short What's New tour opens once after the update. Your data is unchanged.

Tap it for the Capture hub; hold it for Photo, Voice or Record meeting. - Today leads with Next and Needs you, then captures to review, handed-off work and clients who need attention. By day shows your week, and on iPad the days column sits beside your briefing. - Brain dump: one thought per line, typed or dictated, then Done and review what was sorted. Four ways to report an issue. - Work holds Handoffs, Waiting and Trips, with Open board. Nudge drafts the chase when a handoff goes quiet. - Clients: one card per client, a dossier for each, and Open workspace one tap away. Property briefs include a Turnover brief you can share as a PDF. - Search opens the command sheet, with a Go to list. New typeface (Jost), sentence case throughout, and a What's New walkthrough for 2.0. Fixes - Today moves yesterday's tasks to Overdue when a new day starts, and refreshes when you come back to the app. - Shared packets and briefs never shorten a date, a time or a long title. What to try - Tap the round capture button, choose Brain dump and type three lines. - Open Work, pick a handoff that went quiet and tap Nudge. - On iPad, open Today and look at the days column. LISZ 2.0 is a new interface on the same data. Your data is unchanged and everything from 1.1.1 is still reachable. Prefer the previous Today? Settings > Today > Today tab turns the new one off.

NEW - Briefing Note: in the Assistant / Estate workspace, every client's world now has a Briefing tile. It sorts what your principal needs to hear into Tell Now and Tell Today, plus a weekly note. - Two versions to share: Principal shows amounts, Staff never does. Preview shows the exact text before you send it. - Spend Limit per client, under Scope. An estimate above the limit is marked Over Limit. - Hold on events: Soft Hold for pencilled-in plans, Hard Hold once confirmed. Captured events start as Soft Hold. - What's New: a short walkthrough after each update, always available again under Settings > What's New. IMPROVED - My Life is now reachable from the Assistant / Estate workspace, first in the Clients list. - Deleting a person closes their page and removes them from every list at once.

You keep everything, free: every install from before this version is Pro, permanently. - Nothing is ever locked away. If a plan ends, everything you entered stays visible, editable and exportable.

Say it once. People and your phone's contacts - Link anyone in People to a card in your address book with Link to Contact. It uses Apple's contact picker and needs no permission. - New: Match with Contacts, in People. Allow Contacts access once and LISZ proposes which card belongs to which person. Nothing is linked until you confirm it. Dictation you can trust - Dictated tasks no longer repeat a word or drop a short phrase at the end. - Say a time that has already passed today and LISZ schedules the next one, instead of a time in the past. A calmer opening screen - Today reads in time order: events happening now come first, with times on the left. - Past trips leave Upcoming on their own. Delete where you expect it - Delete is the last control on every screen, in red. - Swipe left to delete in People, Expenses and Systems, just like everywhere else. Plus many smaller fixes and refinements.

Logging a problem at a location is now one screen. When something at a house or office breaks - the pool pump dies, a gate sticks, a gutter overflows - open the location, tap Issues, and write it the way you would say it: "Pool pump dead, call Johnny, next Thursday, about 400". LISZ reads that one line and fills in the row for you: what happened, where, who is handling it, when, and roughly what it will cost. Anything it is not sure about it leaves blank rather than guessing, and you tap the cell to fill it in. Tap Log It and you are done. From then on the issue is a single row you can read at a glance. Its status is five buttons that are always there: New, On It, Scheduled, Done, Closed. Tap the one that is true right now. LISZ tells you what changed and when, ticks off the stages you have passed, and shows how long the issue has been where it is. If a step needs something first - Scheduled needs a person and a date - it says so in plain words instead of silently refusing. Closing asks one question: was it fixed, or is it not going ahead? A closed issue can be reopened with one tap if the problem comes back. The details you rarely need - safety questions, approvals, blockers, the full work order - wait under More so they never crowd the screen. Delete is always the last thing on the page, on every screen. Say it instead of typing it: tell LISZ "the pool pump at Aloha is dead" and the issue row opens for that location, already filled in. If a captured note ends up filed as a task by mistake, the capture screen now has Issue and Maintenance buttons that move it to the right place in one tap, keeping any corrections you made. Dates read the way people mean them: "next Thursday" and "coming Thursday" both mean the Thursday of next week, everywhere in the app. A plain "Thursday" still means the coming one. Smaller things you will notice: the Issues list shows who is on each job, the Activity history no longer repeats itself, setting a date is one tap with no switch to flip first, maintenance rules keep Pause, Edit and Delete together at the bottom, and the Locations screen has its close button on the left where your thumb expects it.

1.0.1 is the estate release: every location you look after now runs itself, and the app tells you when it needs you. EVERY LOCATION IS A HUB Open a house and see its next trip, open issues, what is due this week and the next arrival at a glance, then rows for systems, people, documents, expenses, trips, maintenance, issues, work orders, tasks, Radar and Reserve, arrival and departure checklists and an onboarding packet. Rows open lists; forms open as one sheet; nothing stacks. PROPERTY PULSE Each location says Needs attention, On track or Nothing urgent, with what is overdue, due today or due within two weeks as rows you can tap. SYSTEMS AND MAINTENANCE Add a system (pool, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, electrical, security, appliances, grounds) and accept starter maintenance. Exactly one open visit at a time: mark it done or skip it with a reason and the next one appears. ISSUES AND WORK ORDERS Log an issue in one sheet, add a new system on the spot, answer five plain safety questions for an honest priority, and land on the item you made. Plan the work into a work order with vendor, schedule, quote, cost and a reviewed brief you can share; gate codes are stripped from anything you send. RADAR AND RESERVE Radar flags three repairs on one system inside a year, renewals landing together, an overdue visit with nobody named, or a spend spike, and opens the items it is about. Reserve estimates a year and an amount for each system's replacement. TRIPS KNOW THEIR HOUSE Tie a trip to a location; arrival and departure checklists list the visits, urgent items and staff coverage inside the trip window, and ticked lines become tasks on the right day. PEOPLE One people picker everywhere, with search and category groups. Create a new person from any picker: name, phone, email, done. Draft a confirm, reschedule or quote message to a vendor or the preferred person and send it yourself. ALSO Search by kind ("issues", "work orders", "maintenance") lists them all. Delete anything: rules, work orders, issues, systems. Every action is a visible pill. Shared bookings and receipts offer both doors when they could be either. Backups carry the new data.
