Paw Beside: Pets
Virtual pets from your photos
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Bring a treasured pet to life from 4 to 6 photos. New: a free studio portrait of your pet while you create them. Or adopt a gallery pet for free, or give one as a gift.
Paw Beside turns your favorite photos of your dog, cat or rabbit into a virtual pet that looks like them: a gentle pet you can play with, give treats to and watch nap. Make one for a pet who is with you today, or for one you've lost. Or adopt a ready-made pet from the gallery for free.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add 4 to 6 clear photos of your pet.
2. Tell us their name and what they’re like.
3. We bring them to life with AI in about a day, and let you know when they’re ready.
A FREE PORTRAIT TO KEEP
While you create your pet, we draw a studio portrait of them from your photos, free to keep and share.
PLAY TOGETHER, ANY TIME
• Tap to say hello and watch them respond
• Offer a treat, play, stretch or share a calm moment
• Watch them doze off, nap and wake up again
• Revisit Little Moments whenever you want to see them
• Share your pet with a private link, and up to 5 family members or friends can keep them too
• Your pets stay with your Paw Beside account: sign in on a new device to find them
GIVE A PET
Buy a pet for someone you care about. Choose Give a pet in the menu, add their first name and a short note if you like, and send them the link. They open it to see your note and their gift code, then create their own pet from their own photos whenever they're ready.
Have a code from a gift or a Paw Beside offer? Tap Create your pet, then Redeem a code.
MEET AND ADOPT A READY-MADE PET
Not ready to upload photos? Open the app and swipe through pets that feel alive and are ready to play. Meet each one on its own page, then adopt a virtual dog or cat for free.
A VIRTUAL PET WITH NO PRESSURE
Paw Beside is a calm, cozy virtual pet for adults. There is no hunger, no chores, no streaks and no guilt-trip notifications. Your pet is simply happy to see you whenever you visit.
FOR THE PETS WE MISS
If your pet has passed away or crossed the rainbow bridge, Paw Beside offers a gentle, animated way to keep them close: a pet memorial made from the photos you treasure. Your pet in the app is an AI likeness, not a replacement, and it never asks anything of you.
YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS
Use photos you have permission to share. Your photos are only used to create your pet and support the result. We never sell your personal information, and you can delete your account and data from the app at any time.
Your pet. Your memories. Always beside you.
