What's new in 1.3.0: • Try the Starter plan free for 7 days through the App Store at the end of sign-up. Cancel anytime. • New Starter price in Brazil: R$ 5,90 per month or R$ 59,90 per year. • The free plan now allows 1 workout per week and up to 4 saved plans. • Fixes and improvements.

Your first workout is now built for you at the end of sign-up, with no need to create a plan first. It is clearer how much of your free trial is left, and finishing a workout no longer offers to discard it by mistake. You can also reorder the days and exercises in your plan.

More than one workout on the same day You can now log several sessions on the same day and pick the modality and time of day for each one - a run in the morning and jiu-jitsu at night, for example. Before, a day was limited to a single weight-training workout. Privacy After you finish the initial setup, you choose whether to allow your device identifier to be used so we can measure how well our ads perform. Declining changes nothing in the app, and we never share workout or health data. Stability fixes.
