Text sizes are back to the comfortable size from before the redesign. Everything else works the same.

A refreshed design with clearer project cards, a new player layout and easier-to-read settings. Everything works the same as before.

Saving a reel is now easier to follow: • A progress bar shows how far the download has got, so a long save no longer looks frozen. • If the connection drops or your phone is out of space, the app now tells you clearly instead of failing silently. • Leaving the reel screen no longer interrupts a save in progress.

This release fixes a number of defects found in a full review of the app: • The player now tells you when a reel cannot be loaded, instead of showing a black screen with no explanation. • Saving a reel to Photos no longer reports success when the download actually failed. • Sharing a reel on Android now includes the link to the reel. • Typing a capture time without minutes (for example "7") no longer resets the field to its default. • A capture window that starts and ends at the same time is now refused, instead of quietly capturing almost nothing. • Notifications are now registered when you sign in with an email code, and tapping a notification opens the right reel even if the app was closed. • Turning notifications off now tells you if it could not be completed, rather than reporting success. • Signing out now also clears this device's notification registration. • The status bar is readable again on every screen.

Reels no longer restart while you are watching, or when you pause to look at a frame. Longer time-lapses: choose up to 10 minutes, so months of snapshots fit in one reel instead of being thinned out. Set a custom capture cadence from the phone, not only the preset values. The notifications switch now stays where you put it after you close the app. New "Sign out everywhere" if you lose a phone, and clearer messages when something goes wrong.

Your projects and reels now refresh on their own while the app is open, so a finished time-lapse shows up without pulling to refresh. Signing out now ends the session on our servers, not just on this device. Tidied up the sign-in screen: removed a button that only opened the Ring app's listing instead of doing anything useful.

New screenshots showing what the app actually looks like: your projects capturing on schedule, the reel player, setting a time-lapse up, and the privacy screen. Under the hood: snapshots now respect the privacy zones you have drawn on the camera in the Ring app — masked before they are ever stored.

You can now delete a project. Open a project's settings and choose Delete — it removes that project, its snapshots and its reels for good, and leaves your other projects untouched. Project thumbnails are back in the list, including for older projects. Fixes: working hours typed without a leading zero are no longer misread, so capture starts and stops when you said it should.

Notifications now work on iPhone and Android: turn on "Reel ready" in Settings and TimeStack tells you the moment a new reel has finished building, and opens straight to it. Reel previews are back everywhere — every reel, including older ones, now shows its own thumbnail in the app and on the web dashboard. Fixes: the retention shown in Settings now matches the policy (snapshots up to 180 days, reels up to 365), and the app can no longer stall on a blank screen while it starts up.
