Name one assignment, block up to three distracting apps, sites, or categories, and stay focused until you finish or your Study Block ends. One Task helps students finish one specific assignment while selected distractions are blocked. HOW IT WORKS 1. Name a concrete assignment, such as "Finish problem set 4." 2. Choose one to three apps, websites, or categories with Apple's Screen Time picker. 3. Start an until-done or timed Study Block. 4. Mark the assignment done yourself, continue blocking for another task, or deliberately end early. 5. Keep a private on-device task summary. FREE FOCUS LOOP Manual Study Blocks are free and unlimited. You can also save one Study Mode for a reusable set of distractions. ONE TASK PRO Pro unlocks unlimited Study Modes, scheduled Study Mode preparation, Strong commitment with added early-ending friction, private assignment history, and a weekly completion review. Subscription options and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Restore Purchases is available from the paywall. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Assignments, selected Screen Time tokens, blocking state, Study Modes, early endings, and task summaries stay on your device. One Task cannot read messages, feeds, websites, or schoolwork. HONEST SCREEN TIME CONTROLS You decide when an assignment is done. One Task does not inspect or prove your work. Screen Time coverage can vary for some websites, browsers, and device states. If blocking is unavailable, One Task reports that state instead of claiming protection. One Task is a personal productivity tool. It is not parental control, surveillance, therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or emergency support. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
