Every day there is a practice planned for your week of pregnancy or your weeks since birth: gentle strength, mobility, pelvic floor training and calming breathing. Each move is illustrated and guided step by step with a timer, so you always know what to do.

SUBSCRIPTION
Start with one guided breathing session at no cost. Full access needs a subscription: monthly, or yearly with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
