Make weight without wrecking your performance. Makeweight is the cut companion for combat-sports athletes — BJJ (gi & no-gi), wrestling, MMA, and boxing. Tell it your division and competition date and it builds the exact path to the scale: one number to hit every morning, a daily plan, and a day-by-day fight-week protocol. ONE NUMBER EVERY MORNING See whether you're on track for your weigh-in at a glance — your weight against the glide path that gets you to your division on time, safely. A REAL FIGHT-WEEK PROTOCOL Water load → taper → cut → weigh-in → refuel. Evidence-based volumes for water, sodium, and carbs each day, plus a rehydration protocol based on UFC Performance Institute guidelines, sized to your actual cut and weigh-in format (mat-side or day-before). PHOTO FOOD LOGGING Snap your plate and get an itemized macro + sodium breakdown — including fast food. Search restaurants, whole foods, and packaged products, or scan a barcode. YOUR CORNER, ANY HOUR (Pro) An AI coach that answers from YOUR real numbers — weight, macros left, days out. "Can I eat this?" "Should I sauna today?" "I'm starving — what now?" SAFE BY DESIGN Every cut is checked for feasibility before you start, with honest verdicts and water-cut caps based on your recovery window. Makeweight will tell you when a cut isn't safe. FREE TO START Morning weigh-ins, your glide path, food logging, and the full day-by-day fight-week protocol are free — no subscription. Makeweight Pro adds the AI corner coach, unlimited photo food logging, and a coach-built plan rebuilt for you every morning. On the free tier you get one photo scan and three days of coach-built plans. Pro is available monthly, annually, or as a single-competition pass. — Makeweight provides general guidance, not medical advice. Cutting weight carries health risks; consult a professional and never exceed safe limits. Terms of Use (EULA): https://makeweight.web.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://makeweight.web.app/privacy

Fixes and improvements from the first month of real cuts. • Daily plans are far more reliable. The coach now retries instead of quietly falling back to a generic plan, and a plan that failed is rebuilt next time you open the app. • Photo scans retry automatically when a connection drops, so one hiccup no longer costs you the scan. • Food verdicts got sharper. High-sodium and low-protein meals are now flagged at any distance from your weigh-in, not only during fight week. • Onboarding picks up where you left off if you close the app partway through. • New reminders across the long stretch of camp — four weeks, three, two and one week out — plus a nudge for your second morning weigh-in. • The Today screen now shows your last weigh-in and how long ago it was, instead of a blank dash.
