気づいたら30分。よくある「だらだら時間」の正体は、"なんとなく開く"の積み重ねです。
このアプリは、YouTubeを開くたびにそっと問いかけます。
「どうして開いたの？」
理由をひとつ選ぶだけ（暇つぶし / なんとなく / 仕事で / 調べ物）。
たったそれだけで、自分の開き方が記録され、見える化されます。
■ できること
・YouTubeを開いた瞬間に「どうして開いたの？」と理由を聞く
・「暇つぶし・なんとなく」で開いた割合をその場で表示
・今日／週間／月間で、無意識に開いた回数の推移をグラフで確認
・使いすぎたら「そろそろ○分。本当に必要？」とやさしく通知（分単位で設定可）
■ 責めません。気づくだけ。
ブロックして我慢させるアプリではありません。
「自分が今、どんな理由で開こうとしているか」に気づくこと。
それだけで、無意識のスクロールは少しずつ減っていきます。
■ プライバシー
記録はすべてあなたのiPhoneの中だけに保存されます。
サーバー送信なし・アカウント不要・第三者への共有なし。
※本アプリはiOSのスクリーンタイム機能（Screen Time API）を利用します。初回に一度だけ、対象アプリ（YouTube）の指定と許可が必要です。
