Contractor Handover Pro helps trades and contractors organise completed-work details, evidence and sign-off into a clear PDF handover pack. Your records stay on your device by default, with no external software account required.
For trades completing a job
- Describe the scope, site and key dates to give the client a clear record.
- Use areas, completion photos and captions to provide structured evidence.
- List installed equipment and warranty information to document completion.
- Record test results and checklist items for a visible completion record.
- Attach certificates, manuals, warranties and drawings as supporting documents.
- Add customer or contractor sign-off to confirm the finished handover.
- Present business details and a logo in generated PDFs when supplied.
Choose a starting point that matches the work. Built-in templates cover electrical, plumbing, solar PV, CCTV and security, network and Wi-Fi, and general building handovers. A custom option supports other jobs.
Records under your control
The app keeps project content on your device by default and does not require an RGT Software account. Subscribers can turn on iCloud Backup & Sync to keep recoverable copies in their private iCloud account. RGT Software cannot read or recover that private iCloud content because it operates no server for the app data.
Free mode includes one active handover and a watermarked PDF preview. An active subscription adds unlimited active handovers, final PDF export, sharing, printing, email and optional iCloud Backup & Sync.
Contractor Handover Pro records the information you provide. It is not legal, building, surveying, engineering, trade, safety or compliance advice.
