Apple Reminders: connect it in Settings → Accounts and your reminders appear alongside everything else. Complete, reschedule, add, and edit notes right from the menu bar — changes made in Reminders or via Siri show up immediately. Multiple accounts: sign in to more than one Google or Microsoft account at the same time. Each is labeled by email, and lists from each account are kept apart. A full window: click Open Window in the popover for a three-pane view — Today, Upcoming, All, and No Date, every list grouped by source, and a notes panel beside your tasks. Search from the toolbar, and quick-add with the same @date and #list syntax as Quick Capture.
