New and improved - Mileage log: record work trips with odometer readings and photos, and see your monthly mileage allowance (if your company uses the mileage log). - Notifications: all your notifications in one place, with an unread badge on Home. Tapping a notification opens it. - Leave: a new leave page and a request form with a calendar. - Timesheet: add breaks when entering time manually and see your company's break rule. Approved entries are locked.

New and improved - Mark as unread: press and hold a conversation to mark it unread, so you remember to come back to it. You can also press and hold someone's message and mark the conversation unread from that message. Opening the conversation clears the mark, and the other person does not see it. - Surveys: if you leave a survey halfway, your answers are kept and filled back in when you return. - Typing is easier: the keyboard no longer covers the field you are typing in or the button below it.

Fixes and improvements - Attachments in announcements now open properly. Pictures and PDF files could show up as unreadable text on the phone. - Very large photos in chat now open. Photos you add are also made smaller before sending, so sending is faster. - Time bank: if your company uses a time bank, you now see your balance on the Home screen.

Fixes - The app no longer asks for your location when your company does not record it. Starting and stopping work is also faster then, because the app no longer waits for GPS.

A cleaner app to read The whole app has been reworked so things are easier to tell apart: cards lift off the background, buttons look like buttons, and text sizes follow one consistent scale instead of drifting from screen to screen. Announcements you can go back to Reading an announcement no longer makes it disappear. "All" shows everything ever sent to you, including what you have already read, with the date and whether a survey still needs your answer. Chat - A channel can have more than one manager, so work does not stop when one person is away. Owners and admins can manage any channel they are in. - New setting: let members add people themselves. - Photos taken on a phone now open properly in full screen. Schedule - Shifts carry their own colour in the team view, the same colours you see on a computer, instead of short codes that are easy to mix up. Fixes - If you do not have permission to see your own hours, the timesheet no longer appears.

AI assistant Ask a question and get an answer without hunting through menus. The assistant knows the help centre and can explain how things are set up. Find it under More. Schedule, rebuilt - A list view next to the calendar: days one after another, with what is on each. - See who else is working on a given day, grouped by team, with you first. - Tap a day for the full picture: shifts, hours and what is planned. - Shifts can now carry tasks you tick off as you go, and files. Photos open full screen with pinch to zoom, and documents open inside the app instead of sending you elsewhere. Chat - Search now lists people and conversations first, and the matching messages after them. The old order buried the person you were looking for under the messages.

Fixes - Leave balances show clean day counts again. A balance could show up as a long run of decimals instead of a readable number. - Location settings now show the minimum presence rule. If your workplace only counts a visit once it is longer than a set number of minutes, you can see that number up front, instead of finding out afterwards from a notification.

Chat, rebuilt around how you actually use it - Search. One box finds both people and what was actually said. Tap a result and you land on that exact message, even when it is deep in the history. - Mention someone with @. Start typing a name, first or last, and pick from the list. They get told. - Tap any message to see exactly when it was sent. - Chats and channels can now be kept apart with one tap, and your choice is remembered. - The conversation can turn sideways if you prefer typing that way. Nothing else in the app rotates. More than one company If you work for more than one company, you can now switch between them right here, under your name in More. The choice stays on this device, so your phone and your computer can sit in different companies. Fixes - Tapping a notification now opens the exact thing it is about, not just the app. - Replying straight from a notification works again. - Photos and files can be reacted to, not only text. - The X in channel info closes it.

Fixes from what you reported - Chat: the text box no longer shrinks while you type, so long messages stop losing their tail. - Photos: pinch to zoom now works. Before this it quietly did nothing. - Photos that came up grey and refused to open now reload themselves when their link has expired. - The note on a running work entry no longer wipes itself while you are typing. Note and photo, out in the open - Adding a note or photo to your running work now has its own button on the timer. It used to be hidden behind a tap on the clock, and people told us they spent minutes looking for it. - The note screen opens instantly instead of waiting for the server first. Change your password in the app - Settings > Account, or from My details. No need to open the web app. Availability - Mark the same choice for a whole date range, not just one day. Handy for "working from home for two weeks". - The default choice ("Ordinary day") no longer looks like a request. It removes your mark; green is kept for a real one.

Chat fix - A multi-line message could be sent with only its first line, and the text box did not always clear. Both are fixed. Team view - Search your team by name or project - no more scrolling past everyone. - Managers can add work time for an employee straight from their timesheet. Open shifts - See the shifts your manager published and take one. Instant, or as a request your manager approves. Also new - Week numbers in calendars - turn them on in Settings; they match the web exactly. - Survey results: once you have answered, you can see them if the survey allows it. - Latvian and Lithuanian are now fully translated. Fixes - The keyboard no longer covers the field you are typing in. - Removed an empty gap at the top of dialogs.

Location you can trust - Clock-ins now save only a fresh, GPS-accurate position. If the fix is not precise enough, nothing is written - so a timesheet never shows a place you were not. A cleaner app - New look across every screen: calmer cards, more breathing room, easier to read. - Home now shows your next shift, with its length and how soon it starts. - Timesheet has weekly and monthly bar charts. Chat - Reply to a specific message. - Date separators, faster sending and a composer that behaves. - Hide a conversation you no longer need.
