What's new in this update: - Parents can now edit their own children's information from their profile - Sunday School: remove a student, move a student to another class, and a check that stops a student being enrolled in two classes at once - Bus routes: add, move, and remove riders — adding a child now turns on their "rides the bus" setting automatically - The email field on bus forms is no longer greyed out - Added edit and remove options in places that previously only let you add someone

- Koinonia groups now include members who don't use the app. Add anyone from your member roll — they appear on the roster and count in attendance. - Their children can be added along with them.

- Schedules are now fillable calendars. Create one for any team, pick a month, and assign people to each responsibility. - Leaders choose who runs each schedule. Everyone can check when they're serving. - Tap Publish and everyone assigned gets notified. - Sunday School: you can now assign any member as a teacher — no role setup needed first.

- Sunday School is here. Build classes, assign teachers, and enrol children. - Teachers see their own classes and take attendance in a few taps. - Add a guest when a visiting child turns up — no paperwork. Record their birthday, and make them a permanent student when they keep coming. - A Monday report for the director: who missed Sunday, how many weeks running, and whose birthday is coming up.

- Permission slips can now be signed right on a phone — tap the link in the email, sign with your finger, and it's done. No printing, no scanning. - Signed forms go straight to office staff with a full copy for the church's records. - A child's record now shows when a signed slip is actually on file. - Forgot your password? There's now a reset link on the sign-in screen. - Invites include links for both the App Store and Google Play. - Emails now show your church's name.

New "Bus Ministry" Role

Children can now be added to Koinonia attendance rosters alongside adults. The children's directory now supports children who have no parent in the directory — record a guardian name, phone and pickup address instead. Added a church bus rider toggle with named bus routes, and the ability to filter the directory by route. Allergies and medical notes can now be recorded on a child. The Sunday attendance email has a cleaner layout.
